I don't know how to use it but my girlfriend is in love with it!
My girlfriend does infusions and tinctures all the time and this is easy to use, the quality is epic, the heat is perfect, so easy to clean, love the smell of it doing its thing, and it just works perfect for her. I've gotten more than one her out of jail free cards since I got her this!

Highly recommend. Emphasis on the "high"
My parents absolutely love it. I got it as a gift because they are on the older side and smoking is bad for their lungs. With this, they can infuse coconut oil and use the coconut oil in various recipes. And the anti-inflammatory properties of their herbs help to relieve the pain they're always in. I highly recommend this if you want to make canna-cookies or whatever.

Makes infusing easy!
This is a fantastic machine, looks beautiful on the counter and makes the whole process easy and convenient! However as is, it won’t make a very strong finished product. I recommend looking into the French press hack where you can fit much more if you prefer something stronger. The drying process can be stinky, especially if using a lot at once so be aware for apartment living. Overall super happy with my purchase!

Plastic lid hinge broke after 12 uses and now it won't work at all, Levo won't cover under warranty
** See why I recommend ARDENT FX which is below my Levo rating comments. I filed a warranty claim with Levo but they won't honor the warranty. I took special care of the machine because I loved it. It arrived in good condition when I received it and hasn't been dropped, banged or bumped. Worked perfectly until the lid hinge broke and now the machine won't work at all because the lid isn't shut the way the machine expects. Levo says the machine can get up to 275 degrees, but I'm not convinced the plastic they use in the lid, which is an integral part to the machine and not just a cover to keep the smell in, is up to the task. I'm not the only Amazon purchaser to call Levo out on a broken hinge. Levo PROs: Easy to use and clean, final infusion is fairly clear and well filtered when using flower, little odor, being able to vary time and temp, the infusion dispensing feature is a great convenience, and it's attractive looking. Levo CONs: Conceptually the machine is perfect, almost idiot proof, but the product that's delivered is under engineered. I'm out $$$. Other CONs: If you choose to see it as a con the machine can only process 3.5g of flower at a time and the liquid level (oil) needs to cover the top of the herb in the pod (see Levo for details on machine components). If you're looking for a stronger infusion the machine doesn't offer that as a feature (although you can tweak time and temp) but what I did was run the infusion cycle twice, refiling the herb pod with fresh flower before the 2nd time. I have arthritis in my hands and pushing the dispense button until the unit was empty was hard for me. Had to press, stop, press some more. Not an issue if your healthy but a lot of people who need these machines are not healthy. Why buy ARDENT FX?: Because none of the PROs of the Levo matter!!! I was drawn in by Levo's filtering and infusion dispensing features but it turns out they're overrated. ARDENT FX is just as easy to use to activate flower and infuse oil as Levo although dispensing is a manual process by tipping the unit and pouring the contents out and the FX isn't small. That said I have arthritis in my hands and I have no problem tilting it and cleanly pouring it into a 200 micron food filter placed on top of a funnel (both bought on Amazon) on a large measuring cup. Everything but the power base can go in the dishwasher, super easy. You can also activate and infuse a much greater quantity of flower than Levo. No moving parts in the ARDENT; Levo has internal moving parts and it seems that moving parts would wear out first. They both produce a small amount of odor. Which manufacturer's Science do you believe? After I use the ARDENT for a while I can post what I think about the taste and potency of each one when I do my ARDENT review.

Super convenient for apartment living - a few kinks to work around!
I love my Levo, don't get me wrong, but there are definitely a few things that seem like they would have been thought about in production that clearly were not. First, cleaning this machine is such a pain compared to a simple double boiler on a stove. SO many little peices and then the dispenser that is at the bottom of the pot which is not detachable, is always going to be greasy. No pipecleaner or reco's for cleaning the tubes out. Additionally, the components like the pod that you put herb in is so flimsy that it bends from lightly squishing the remaining butter out of the flower inside. The bluetooth as nearly everyone has mentioned, does not work. A feature that gives you peace of mind when you go to the gym is missing, and it really is a feature you buy this machine for (and shouldn't be that hard to figure out as a company). More clear instructions in readily available locations on their website or user manual (how long to cook and at what temp for most used herbs) would be really great, but alas, I had to hit google with my questions on use. The positives? It fits on my windowsill. It creates minimal odors which is perfect for my tiny apartment. I don't have to stand over the stove stirring endlessly. I get to show off to my friends. Yeah, it's worth it! If you're spending so much money on flower, you can probably swallow to cost to get this and stop buying edibles with crazy price hikes. Start making your own and just go into it with a gentle hand (it's a little flimsy), and realistic expectations. You will probably love it as much as I do - even if my review doesn't seem the most flattering.

Not much room in the resivoir only hold three sticks of butter. All around a good product for the money.
