Perfect Desk Accessory
This is one of my favorite purchases. I got one for me and a friend at work for our desks and they work perfectly keeping our coffees or hot teas nice and hot for us when we forget to drink them before they get cold. My favorite feature is that it’s not something that I have to turn on and off, you just have to put the mug on it and it turns on. Take the cup off of it and it automatically turns off. This is a great purchase, and a perfect gift for someone who works at a desk and often gets too busy to finish their coffee before it gets cold.

Don't buy it - piece of garbage!Received it - and only used it for 30 days or less.Now, it doesn't work at all! The LED light comes on, but it doesn't heat!The instructions are written for multiple devices, as there is no USB cord, nor power switch (referenced in the instructions).TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY - JUNK!

Surface of warming plate cracked
Ordered October 11th. cleaned the warming surface today November 24th and discovered several cracks on the warming surface.

I'm in a cold situation trying to save fuel, here in the North so the rooms are so cold the coffee goes cold between the coffee maker and my sit-down cozy place.This warmer turns off when lifting the cup, (with no extra effort with an 'off and on' switch.Even with the warmer the coffee cup needs a top to keep the hot inside the cup,which I have a DIY solution.Hope this has a long life as we have 9 months of cold.

Item stopped working
Receive this as a Christmas present and the item worked for one day. It no longer heats and it is being returned.

It works but smells like burnt plastic
These do the job, it's a tiny hot plate that keeps your cup warm. It does exactly what it says it'll do. It just smells like burnt plastic while it's heating. Overall, I ended up not using it and tossing it because it smelled too bad / put me off drinking my coffee.
