World Time Travel Alarm Clock with Flashlight by Tech Tools

Bought this to try in my car in place of the clock that died. It fits perfectly in the little space I have where dvds normally are kept. I used a bit of velcro to help keep in place and it works perfectly, I can hit the light button, get the time and it goes off. The flash light works great and I will always have one with me when needed. Great Purchase, came quickly and in great condition.

Good functions for such a small item, but the alarm is worthless for those with bad hearing! Otherwise a good little item.

This is a handy clock and the flashlight does work nicely as long as I press the button for the flashlight (the switch does not lock into ON position.). I sleep with a fan running as white noise, and it's very difficult to hear the alarm over the sound of the fan. The alarm tone is not loud and wouldn't be loud even if the house was dead silent and it is the only sound. It is so soft in sound that I would be able to sleep through it without issue and be late for work.The product is advertised as having 16 alarm melodies or tones, but there is no information in the manual on how to change the alarm tone. My inquiries here on Amazon have not yielded answers on how to do this, either. The instruction manual forwarded by the seller does not contain info on how to change the alarm melody. I must assume at this point that the item description is not accurate.This does function as a clock, flashlight, the alarm works (not loud enough) and it's very easy to change time zones. I needed an alarm clock with flashlight, I got a clock that easily changes time zones that has flashlight capability. I am not a particularly happy customer with this item. The seller promptly shipped the product and it arrived in excellent shape -it’s just not as advertised and I am unable to find the instructions I need via google search.

The bad comments about this gadget ended up very true: it is too, too beepy, there are no such 16 different alarms, just the annoying beep-beep-beep-beep, it's difficult to setup (no possible without reading the manual), it requires 3 tiny mercury batteries for the flashlight in addition to the AAA for the alarm clock, there is no way to deactivate the buttons of the clock and therefore you constantly will hear beeps during your trip while the clock configuration is being affected.I didn't return it because it resulted a good gift for a kid, but the learned lesson was that you better read the reviews (those with three or less stars) before buying.

What others point out is true regarding the World Time Travel Alarm Clock with Flashlight by Tech Tools:-- Product is described as having an "Alarm with 16 wake up melodies." Reading the instructions there is no mention of how to change the sound.-- Product is described as having dimensions of "1.7 x 7 x 7.9 inches." These dimensions refer to the plastic packaging; the clock flashlight is really about 5.2 (length) x 1.4 inches (diameter).-- It is accurate in saying it has 3 LED lights, a blue backlight, includes month and date as per the pictures they provide, and 18 time zones (Chicago, New York, Rio de Janeiro, London, Paris, Cairo, Athens, Moscow, Dubai, India, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney, Wellington, Honolulu, Los Angeles, Denver). I only checked Chicago and Hong Kong.-- It does take some time to figure out but I've had worse, meaning that one would expect a small clock like this to use the old methods of pressing the buttons multiple times to get to the next screen, to change modes, etc. like on a watch. Unfortunately, if you remove the batteries, you have to reset everything again.-- It is indeed annoying that every move you make, it makes a *beep* sound: turning the dial, pressing the snooze, setting it up. And as others have said, the buttons are a bit sensitive so it would've been nice to have some sort of case or lock so the buttons wouldn't be pressed while in transit.-- The noise is a single *beep* which the volume cannot be changed, so it's too "loud" when you don't want the random beeping while just wanting to see the time in the middle of the night (you can't turn it off), but as an alarm clock it is not loud enough.-- Turning on the flashlight does not make a noise, but as someone mentioned, you need to continuously hold it down if you want the light to continuously be on. The flashlight is powered by the three button batteries which are included already installed. As I did not know how old they were sitting in the flashlight sealed in the plastic, I removed them. The button batteries are for the flashlight only; the two AAA batteries (not included as correctly stated) operate the clock portion.I took a chance because it seems like the same item is sold for $50 which obviously has no reviews because clearly it is not worth that much. I am debating if it is worth what I paid for it (less than $15).

I bought this to replace one I already had. That one went bad because I stored the batteries in it by reversing one of them so it wouldn't turn on. Afterwards I researched on the internet that reversing the battery polarity can cause damage. Oh well, live and learn. But this clock packs so easily. And because it's easy to remove the batteries versus the type that has watch batteries, you don't have to worry about it possibly making noises in your luggage. And the price is right!

This was a GREAT little clock that I took on land tour and cruise to Alaska! Small size and lightweight was good for travel - however, I did need my glasses to set it because it is small. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you have to press a button on top of the clock to light it up so you can see the time at night. It was great for the cruise ship since they don't have clocks/alarms in the cabins, and very few plugs to plug anything in!

This is the best little clock ever! I have small bedside tables with lamps on them, so I wanted something small & this truly fits the bill. If you need a quick light in the middle of the night, the flashlight is perfect. And the multi time zones feature is fab also. I now have two of them, one for each house where I spend time. If there is any place, like a bathroom, that you need a small clock, get one of these. They are not just for travel.

Très pratique pour le voyage et pour la maison et ce que j'apprécie aussi en particulier c'est la température ambiante. La lampe n'est pas extraordinaire et on doit garder le doigt sur le bouton pour la garder allumée mais cela a le mérite d'épargner les piles! La livraison a été à temps malgré que le produit soit envoyé de NY aux ÉU - heureusement ils passent par USPS et au Canada on le reçoit par PostesCanada.
