Don’t get me wrong - I love the purse, it just came without the crossbody strap. Because it was a missing part issue, I was asked to contact manufacturer and never heard back. I repurposed a silver chain strap from another purse but am disappointed overall with the lack of customer service from both Bostanten and Amazon.
