Cold Case VR - The Case of The Fatal Follower - Immersive VR Murder Mystery Party Game - 1 to 6 Players - for Ages 14 and Up

10/10 game, took my bf and i a few days to finish, so def not a super fast paced game. The VR headset isn’t needed, we didn’t use it at all but the game was still incredibly enjoyable! It’s insanely immersive, too! highly recommend!

This was a fun time with interactive portions. Not too difficult, but the right amount of challenging. My best friend and I do these types of things all the time, this one is top 2! I would buy every cold case they make!

Besides saying what the app is called for your phone, it would have been better to have a QR Code that takes you straight to the app (especially for those that the font size is too small to read what the app is called on the paper). Otherwise than that my teen daughter loved it. She thought it was very cool to be able to go into the crime scene and visualize all the clues.

I wanted SO badly to love this and if you asked me while “working the case” if it was worth it, i’d have raved about it because it was still early in the game. However, I can now never have back the days/hours I worked on this and feel SO angry that the game creators couldn’t be bothered to make a REAL game with AN ENDING.These games are all about finding MMO: Means/Motive/Opportunity. This “game” will send you in all directions and never go anywhere and so much of the “evidence” is pointless filler.Its like they spent all the time making fake websites and fake flyers and zero time on any logical story or even the respect of at least finishing the game and giving the player answers to all rabbit holes with no purpose.The APP is super annoying and inconsistent and some online sites seem to not even work so it really feels like a money grab with no real game testing behind it —because, its hard to imagine this being tested even once by someone outside the company who had experience in game designer/experiences like this COULD have been. What a huge bummer!Get something else!

This was so fun! My friends and I had a great time with this.It can be mildly tricky to start the video and get the headset on. But we'll worth every penny!

Great game

My daughter and I love playing murder mystery games, and this one was right up our alley. The VR headset was an exciting and immersive feature, and the props felt realistic. We also loved how the game incorporated the internet—it was truly top-notch! However, we almost gave up when we couldn’t figure out the PIN needed to access the SliderChat site, which was frustrating. Additionally, we were a bit disappointed that the ending didn’t include an explanation behind the murder—just a straightforward reveal of who did it. Overall, it had some great elements but left us wanting more closure in the story.
