Great customer service!
Unfortunately a part arrived damaged. However, when i contacted the manufacturer, communication to resolve the issue was excellent and they promptly sent a replacement part! Thanks Cindy!Otherwise the grill was easy to put together & has worked well so far! Perfect size for my balcony!

Very nice product for little money. Plus fast shipping.Product as described and all the parts where in box.Cooks great, even consistent heat temperatures at all levels of adjustment.Would recommend to family and friends

Nothing is assembled on this grill. Nothing.
First of all, I tried to cancel this BEFORE it was ever shipped, and got a note that they were trying to cancel it, and a few days later it was shipped anyway. Very hard and time consuming to put together. also there is a big dent in the front of the hood, not damaged in shipment because the box was in perfect condition. We are still trying to put this thing together. I am really disappointed, as it was exactly what we were looking for. I don't know how good it will work, and may never know at this rate.

It comes in pieces, but I was able to put it together alone. I put it together outside. Put down ols sheets and laid down all pieces. There's a lot of pieces lol I did it, you can too ;)

hoping they just not come in millions pieces
its a good size grill! but jesus comes with thousands pieces! me and my husband assembled it in 4 hours! and little dint in the top! and we got hard time to put the igniter screws! it doesn’t point were it supposed to be ,so we give up to the screws ! lol we will make it work!

Sweet little barbecue just right for #2 or four
This is a perfect little barbecue for 2 to 4 people fits on my back porch perfectly and it works like a charm. I love it. My husband put it together and it didn’t take him too long.

Nice grill but the assembly was tedious.
I am very handy. I did not have a problem with the assembly, but the instructions are all pics, no words. Everything was labeled nicely, but if u don't have an eye for detail this could be a tough build for you. Took me 3 hours and as Tim Allen used to say "I have tools that fix tools".
