Nice flavor and works great so far
Great so far on beef and shrimp and soon I will be trying it on vegetablesI love the flavor and easy use. Its a little expensive for a simple thing but it is still a great value for a high quality like this

Great meat tenderizer and flavor enhancer
Haven't tried any other brand so don't have a comparison. Smaller than I expected. Have used in stir fry's and in a marinade. Great tenderizer and just adds a little something to the flavor.

Wonderful tasting, surprising results
I needed to buy a product with these ingredients for a test recipe. It is an amazing rub that will tenderize a flank steak in 4 hours. I will buy again. The recipe uses so little, and I eat so little beef that this will last a long time for me.

Off taste but still good
It was good but had a weird aftertaste. Like artificial sweet taste you get with some seltzers. Worked well on toast.

Beware if you have nut allergies!
Disappointed that the ingredient label pasted on the product I have does NOT match the Amazon photo of the ingredients. This product might have traces of nuts and I have a child with severe nut allergies. I’m not sure if the label is correct but I cannot make that gamble.

Best product
This is my new discovery. I absolutely love it, it enhances flavors of vegetables, it’s yummy on avocado instead of salt, and I will definitely buy it again to use in just about anything instead of salt.

That it works
The product worked on my corned beef pressure cooking. Softens the meat and no salty taste. Suggest cooking cabbage separately as it softens it too much.
