I’m getting out of my plastic or fiber boards that don’t come clean and have scratch marks in it I noticed food taste better cutting on the stainless steel. This is a very good.

Nice size for small jobs. Haven’t used yet but seems like will work fine.

So far so good. I wasn't sure if I would like cutting on a metal surface. But it's been great so far. Highly recommended. I'm going to buy one for my brother. He's kind of a clean freak 🤣
