I live in the Philippines, and I always use this whenever I have gas in my tummy, back aches, head aches, if my legs hurt, if I can’t breathe properly, I just smell this and it calms me down. When I met my husband, I introduce this to him and he love this so much, he even let me send this stuff to America every other month. But now I am in America, I am so glad I could buy this in Amazon. It helps me in winter time or in times if I feel sick here. I don’t need to take pills, I just rub this green oil to the part where it hurts and after a couple of minutes or hours, I feel good. It helps too when I am tired from work, I rub this all over my legs and feet before sleeping and it relaxes my muscles when I woke up

This stops my leg pain in a minute or so, no kidding. My Philippine daughter in law first introduced me to this a year ago. I will not be without! Must admit the odor is not so good. If you're in pain and want it to stop, who cares what it smells like?

This is the same product as can be purchased in the Philippines. For the "Kano" among us, it is essentially a liquid Ben Gay: menthol, camphor and methyl salicilate. It's just quite a bit weaker than the Ben Gay creams. The product consistency can vary a bit in Philippines, so I'm not surprised about the comment by LISA, below, about the strength being weaker than expected. For Filipinos wanting a strong Efficascent substitute, try Ben Gay cream sa U.S. The price via Amazon is quite a bit higher than in Asian markets, if you can find it. But, it's not always available on the shelves.

This stuff is awesome for helping relieve muscle aches and pains. I have been using it for a year to help with pain from a work related accident last October. Massage it in to the area that hurts and feel the relief. Sometimes I had moist warm towels to the area and it helps it penetrate the skin even more.

My family has been using this product for all of our lives. It has helped us whenever we had headaches, cough and cold, and body pains. It will last you for about 3 months or so, depending on how often you use it. Hand for scale.

i always make sure that i dont run out of this. for backpain, muscle pain, dizziness, stomach ache, mosquito bites, i only run to efficascent oil!👍😅

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT,, WE HAVE PURCHASED THE SAME ITEM FROM PHILLIPINES FROM FAMILY MEMBERS AND WAS LOT STRONGER, THE EFFECASCENT OIL WAS MUCH WEAKER SEEMED DULITED. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMENT THIS TO ANYBODY, I HOPE AMAZON CAN LET THE INPORTER KNOW THIS.

A friend suggested this , they had tried it in the Philippines for a sore back, I used it for a sprained arm and it worked very well. the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was actually my fault not the products. I poured to much out and it took a while to rub it all in. I would order it again.
