Great book. Well written. over 200 recipes well presented. Just what you need if you have a Remoska oven.

Have seen people using the Remoska for years and avoided buying one as I thought it would end up at the back of the kitchen cupboard. However, while on holiday we spent some time with people who used it almost every day and we were converted. Purchased the Remoska and then needed a book just to get us started. This is one of the original UK books (I believe) and it's a good place to start. There is a spiral bound Remoska book but I didn't find that as useful. This book has more of the every day recipes in and now we've built up our confidence we only refer back to this book for ideas when we fancy a change or something new. Well worth getting if you are new to Remoska cooking. And, yes, we do use the cooker all the time so I'm happy it was a good purchase.

Not your usual well set out detailed recipe book but it does give you the scope of what your Remoska can do, then you can carry on with you culinary ideas. The Remoska is a great addition to the kitchen so you need to know what range of meals you can do in it.

Lots of recipes but not a photo with each recipe so does not really give a good idea of what the meal will turn out like. There are some colour photos in the book but do not accompany each meal as you would get in a modern book . That said I would buy it again as any info on this great cooking method is very valuable.

I bought both Remoska cookery books and found this one more helpful. The recipes work! My husband declared the bread and butter pudding the best ever. I tried the first risotto recipe (with sausages) and it was easy to cook and texture and taste was excellent. I halved the quantities for the two of us (and shorted the time by a few minutes. Since cooking with the Remoska, using this recipe book, I have had more compliments for the tasty meals than ever before.

Does what you want. Rather than use the oven this cooks food as you like it. If you want to use less electricity when cooking buy this.

bought the Lakeland recipe book when I bought the Remoska so this is a second with more recipes. Good selection of new ideas. Well worth the extra money.

I have wanted a Remoska for some years and have recently got the one I gave my brother about ten years ago which he had not used!This book is a very good guide to how to use it as well as providing some rather delicious recipes!
