Beautiful, high quality knife, comfortable to use
Happened to get this on sale, and wow! What a great knife! Beautiful and feels nice to hold. Super sharp and feels sturdy. I havent dropped it or anything to see if it's durable, but when you hold it, you feel the need to take great care of it because of how nice it looks. The grip is great and good for using for hours at a time, which is why I initially picked it. Spoil yourself and pick one up

Best knife out of 12 recent similar purchases, and among the least expensive.
I have been on a knife buying spree for the last month, upgrading everything I have and then some. This includes 12 of the knives you see advertised on Amazon, mostly in the Damascus/VG10 class. This knife is among the cheapest of those I purchased (it has been on sale for $23.99 USD) and it is hands down THE BEST. Seriously… grab it while you can. I don’t understand why a powder steel knife is being offered at such a low price but 63 Rockwell hardness is a cut above VG10. The laser etching is curious. It is like a high-end race car trying to look like a Volkswagen. Powder steel is superior, so why try to look like etched Damascus? But don’t let its proletariat appearance fool you. This powder steel lightsaber is approaching the zenith of chef knife capability. It has out performed all of my other recent purchases and I have more in the mail while it is still on this insane sale of $24. Similar powder steel chef knives manufactured locally in the Wyoming area are going for $400.

MyWife loves them.
After all of the years of anger with old dull knives my wife says that I am not allowed to use them because they are too sharp

Very nice knife for the price
I purchased this knife out of curiosity and also wanted another boning knife. After using it a few times and seeing the quality, I ordered a 2nd one for my eldest son's birthday. He too impressed.I don't impressed easily on culinary knivesas I own numerous high dollar japanese Damascus steel knives. Needless to say, I am very happy with this purchase.

Excellent knife
One of the better chef knives I’ve owned, easily the best value. Very sharp, sturdy and balanced. Bought a second one it was so good. I prefer it over my other chef knives that are easily double or triple the cost.

Excellent value, razor sharp.
The media could not be loaded. The knives come in an excellent package and they look professionally made with great attention to detail. But to beyond looks, these knives are razor sharp. The edge lasts with minimal effort and care.As for care, the handles are made with real wood so you don't want to leave them in water. You want to just wash them and get them out. You can reseal the handles but they are fantastic knives and the little bit of extra care is well worth it.They fit the hand well and they cut like A hot knife through butter. Effortless. And with a little regular honing they stay sharp. I am absolutely in love with this brand of knives and at this price I don't think they can be beat. They are a great value for the money and the weight and feel in the hand is excellent.I would not put them in a dishwasher. I only hand wash and immediately dry. I do not let them sit in water. Like anything if value a little care will go a long way in preserving them.
