So I bought this some time in April and have taken it religiously because i like to commit. As for making it extend the 3-6 inches I'm not too sure as I didn't you know grab the tape measure or the ruler before starting. What I will say is that I am able to go about 3 more rounds after the first one. It tastes like every normal big pill. As for side effects,none so far that I have seen.
