A great braiding gel
I love the spider grip formula. it gives my hair a great hold with a satin shine. Great for braid styles. It isn’t an edge control.

Does the job
I tried a few products for 4c type hair and I can say that this is very good for retwisting locs and also for braids. I’ve used it for both. Would buy again. It helps to extend the life of the braided style or loc retwist. Does not leave a terrible residue. The scent is mild, it helps with moisture and is not drying, and is effective. It does not leave your hair looking like it’s been freeze dried lol.
