Just now need to replace after 3 years!!
Bought for my dad in January of 2021 who plays for our church every week and he isn't easy on them and he is just now asking for replacements. Other sticks might last him maybe a month. He has played for over 40 years, is a big guy and these sticks have defiantly have taken a beating and held up!

Best sticks if you have arthritis.
I have played drums all my life. Now living with arthritis these are the only sticks that I can hold on to. The notch is perfectly balanced. Great sticks!

Great Sticks - Highly Recommend
These are wonderful drum sticks. I have purchased 3 pairs. I have never broken them, but had a buddy break one recently - he plays like a maniac and was hitting the sticks all wrong. The color scheme looks cool and the dipped handles are very grippy. The offset for the fulcrum gives a nice range of a choked up fulcrum verse a longer fulcrum point. The little ridge provides a great border and point of grip. I will continue to purchase these. The grip on my oldest pair has come loose over several years of use, that would be my only warning, but I can't even be upset with that. Highly recommend these.

grip sticks that kick but dont slip
theses sticks helped me get past often losing a stick while playing . I hardly ever lose grip now. plus the notch help you keep a grip on the correct part without thinking about it. this is my second set as the first ones, the rubber starting peeling where my thumb rests. only wish there was nylon tipped ones.

The Ferrari looks make me play better, I'm sure
I like these sticks a lot. The combination of a hard finish, excellent leverage and the rubberized grips give the sticks a lot of heft, and they make a set of timbales crackle like fireworks (earplugs are a must, un-muffled) while being unusually dent-resistant. I don't know how useful the grips really are; they started to fray after around a hundred hours of use but that was easily fixed with a strip of Gorilla Tape at the transition, which I turned out to really like having. A set of sweatbands on my wrists solved my slipping problems a lot better than the rubber grips do.But they are as seductively red as the lips of the woman I whose clothes I long to drop to the floor with my timbale playing. So hell yeah, I'm sticking with these.

Great stix
These are awesome drum sticks. I wish they lasted longer as I'm a little rough on them. They feel great. The weight and quality are just right. You get a really good sound. As a drummer you will want different sticks for different occasions, but as for these, I can't get enough of them. If you like using the back of the stick for rim-shots these are not good because of the rubber coating there, but as I suggested, keep another set of solid wood sticks at the ready. If you like a heavy thump on your snare then also these may not be perfect for you as these resemble more of precision tools.
