I have found it difficult to get my protein requirements for the day through meals so this is a great supplement to get your needed protein. It mixes well in water and has little to no taste. I really like the Naked products as they do not put any added ingredients that aren't needed. It is easy to use, dissolves easily, is good value for the money and once dissolved there is no texture. I use 4-5 scoops a day, and the container lasts close to a month.

Naked Whey is by far the best protein powder I’ve found. If you’ve done a thorough search for a clean whey protein powder with zero sugar and zero carbs, this one will likely come up—and for good reason. I ordered the unflavored version and mix it with almond milk. It blends very easily because the powder is very fine, and it doesn’t really have much of a taste. That’s perfectly fine with me since I mainly use it for the protein content, which is excellent. One thing I really appreciate is that the container is actually filled close to the top. Unlike many other protein powders that come half full, this one feels like you’re actually getting what you paid for. Overall, it’s a great, clean protein powder and well worth the money. Some other brands add sugar and still don’t taste very good, but this one is much better if you’re looking for something simple, pure, and high in protein.

This is a great product! I have two cups of coffee in the morning and add 12-15 grams in each. It adds a creamy texture and slight flavor, but I don't mind it. I use a frother to stir it. I've also added it to Greek yogurt, pancake recipes, muffins, etc. To note: 1. Color can vary. I thought this was strange so I contacted Naked and they said the color and texture can vary depending on the cheese type (whey is a byproduct of cheesemaking). 2. It will melt right into hot liquids, but if the liquid is too hot, it will kind of cook and gum up in chunks that won't melt. The sweet spot for me is around 160 degrees. 3. The scoop underestimates the grams by quite a bit. Use a scale if you want accurate weight.

I am now on my second canister, so a review was in order. Finding a quality product, tested, at a good price point is always the objective and Naked Whey ISO fulfills that need. I prefer the unflavored product as it allows flexibility. I can add a bit of Allulose, some vanilla extract, and a dash of cinnamon. Or, go a different route with sugar free chocolate syrup. Maybe toss in 1/2 a banana if my carb limit allows. The ability to mix and match flavors keeps it from getting boring. The powder always mixes up smooth, whether with a spoon, in a shaker, or in a blender. I use unsweet Almond Milk for mine and the consistency leans toward the thinner side, rather than overly thick. 0.1 gram of Lactose makes for easy digestion. As we age, losing muscle mass (sarcopenia) accelerates. Keeping a good level (1 to 1.2 grams per pound of ideal body weight) of protein intake is critical. Supplementing your diet with a quality protein powder makes that easy and fits a low carb, or KETO, lifestyle.

It is one of the best grass fed whey isolate proteins and I like it and thinking to continue using the same.

The protein powder has a high protein to serving and mixes well. However, its tastes awful (would be five stars otherwise) so you will need to use in a smoothie with other contents and not take it alone (as I do).
