Amazing product
Matt-These grips are amazing! They have made my arms look more fuller, they are stronger, these grips force me to utilize more of the muscle I’m targeting, it feels like they open my muscle fibers up, if that makes sense sense. This grip forces me to isolate. As you can see I’ve ordered many sets just for home. I don’t want a bar without this grip on it. Any bar without a Fat Gripz on it is naked from now on!!!!! Absolutely am in love with my arms. I’ve never received more comments on my arms. My patients are telling me I should be in the NFL and not a nurse! lol!

Absolutely awesome item, I like that it makes my current weight setup more challenging and when the workout is over, you literally can feel the difference and they also look great on my EZ bar …would definitely buy more

Great grip accessories for dumbbells
I primarily purchased these for use at my normal gym because the handles on the dumbbells are very skinny. These have a great grip and texture. Go around the dumbbell easily and do not roll. Feel great in my hand and while they do make lifting the dumbbells slightly harder it's to be expected. Overall very satisfied. Have used on lat pulldowns as well and enjoyed that.

Excellent quality, use them on dumbbells
These are awesome. Not too big like some of the others. Just makes the bar bigger for big hands. Plus if you use dumbbells in colder scenarios, like the garage or a gymshed, these help keep your hands warmer as you don’t have to touch the metal. Excellent quality. Use them all the time.

Great for barbells
I have the larger Gripz for my dumb bells and they work great, but are to large for using on barbells. This smaller 1.75 " size is perfect for using with barbells when doing dead lifts and straight or romanian dead lifts or barbell curls.
