excellent swim headphones
Excellent swim music source. Works better with earplugs in, as the air pocket around ear drum creates better reverb sound from headset. I can typically get ten+ 30 minute swims out of a single charge, and the music download process was simple from my Apple music database.

Best sounding Bone Conduction Ive heard, but...
I tried the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2, and these sound WAY better and play much louder. They sound a lot fuller than the Shokz, with airy highs, natural mids, no tinnyness, and surprising richness in the lows for Bone Conduction. Amd there is actually some bass with these! Be aware that Bone Conduction is never going to sound as good as in ear, on ear, or over ear headphones. But for what they are they are quite good, hence the 5 stars. They also fit with a little more clamping force to ensure good Bone conduction, which wasnt the case with the Shokz on my head. Plus, you get onboard music storage in addition to Bluetooth, and they are fully waterproof for swimming. The drawbacks are, slightly less comfortable and less unobtrusive than the Shokz, and you can really feel the low end physically pulsing into the side of your head, and there is a good but of tickling sensation from the sound vibrations. I didnt have that with the Shokz, but that's obviously the tradeoff for having more volume and more bass. If you might be bothered by the tickling and pulsing sensation, and sound quality is less important to you, then you might prefer the Shokz.

Not recommended at all, better options exist.
An absolute nightmare product compared to Shokz OpenSwim: 1. Much heavier. 2. In MP3 mode, copying files takes a much longer time. 3. The iPhone app does not connect to the device, while Shokz is a delight to use. Apparently, it is a common problem, not specific to me. 4. Its pouch is much worse. Shokz's pouch is designed for wet conditions, while H2O's is much bigger and not for swimming. I will also update on the sound quality, but for now, Shokz is very good. Pay $30 more and get Shokz. I am returning mine today.

Why is the best bone conduction headphone only for swimmers?
Firstly, I am not a swimmer. I picked this brand because everywhere I looked, the TRI 2's were the king of bone conduction sound quality. The sound crushes other brands for richness and bass. Maybe the very high end is a little quiet but no big deal. However there are a few frustrating details. I don't intend to be underwater every time I turn these on, so I find it rather annoying that they automatically start in play from memory mode every time. The big issue I have with them is about the latency. between, 200 and 500 milliseconds of delay. Now I think it is perfectly reasonable to skip out on low latency since these are designed for swimmers to listen to music on. However, there seems to be a huge market of people looking for bone conduction headphones for typical computer use due to their comfort. The sound quality is there. I think the price is super reasonable. But the latency has crushed my dreams for these things. I can take them into the gym and into the shower but watching tv is super de-synced, playing games is just not an option. I'd pay so much for a bone conduction headphone with this quality of sound and comfort with an AUX input. I don't want to return them I really like them, but I just cant use them for everything I wanted to.

Too big for female head
Quick delivery. H20 Audio new for me/ swim laps. (Have used another swim mp3 player for 10 year. ) H20 Audio comes in one size - too big for a woman's head. Difficulty getting back of headset under swim cap, does not fit close enough to the scull. Cannot wear over swim cap, back drops down to neck /irritates when swimming. Audio quality good when the ear piece stays in position. Position a moving problem due to headset too big. Easy set up/ transfer music from PC.

Very good sound quality
For context, I tried almost every brand of bone conduction headphones on this site. Keep in mind that bone conduction headphones will never have the quality that a good over-the-ear headphone or even in-ear earbud can provide. Summary: Best audio quality, for a high price Sound quality: excellent for bone conduction, rich and warm and full. Can feel buzzy at loud volume. Comfort: not quite as comfortable as shokz, but not bad Battery: good - never tested to exhaustion. Call quality: good Overall quality: very good Controls: always started in mp3 mode, couldn't figure out how to change that and it was kind of annoying Bluetooth: easy to pair to multiple devices, performs well Other: came with the best case

It was good until 6 months later the magnetic charging unit broke, tried everything as advised. Nothing worked , very disappointed, will now have to start all over again.

Not even kidding. Got them out of the box, charged them for 1 hour. Turned them on and connected them to my phone. Got 30 seconds of music before the audio started lagging and skipping, so I tried to turn them off and on again. They never turned back on, they won't reset, and won't charge either. Completely broken and bricked after 30 seconds.

If you want to listen to audiobooks then beware as the first word after a pause for a new chapter or even paragraph part or all of the first word gets lost. The headphones are supposed to remember if you selected Bluetooth and then turned them off but they default to the inbuilt memory when restarted. This is a minor frustration but their support tells me that it isn't supposed to happen. I thought that USB-A charging cables were now obsolete but this comes with one. It took my a while to track down a USB-C adaptor so that I could attach the headphones to my computer. Apart from this things, they do work with music and are comfortable but are not for me
