I bought this originally to keep my toddler from opening the basement door, and the set of stairs behind it. Installation was incredibly easy. Setup and function testing were a breeze, thanks to the instructions and videos. It provides a solid and secure access to any space. Adding user access and codes is a simple process. I was pleasantly surprised by how impressive the app is. I am able to provide temporary access and open and lock the door remotely. I went back and purchased another for my work space in the basement where we keep power tools. The sleek and futuristic appearance is an immediate attention grabber. Amazing smart lock!

Easy to install. App (tuya smart) works well for setting up the fingerprints and member access.Doesn’t feel cheaply made.Helps keep people out of my room, what more do I want.

It was a great lock and connecting it to the app made it very easy. I gave it a 4 star due to the finger print being not as fast. You have to put it on perfectly for it to unlock

This door knob is amazing! I previously had another door knob that was similar to this but a different brand. However, that one started falling apart, I don’t think the construction on that one worked well. But when I replaced it with these, this one felt amazing and I could absolutely tell this one is definitely not going to fall apart like the other one I had. The fingerprint function works well and make it so easy to open your door, plus having an app make it so amazing in case you need to have it unlocked for anyone temporarily.

This lock did not work at all!!! I bought it for interior rooms of my home to keep my special needs son from accessing things he shouldn't, like cleaners, the garage, etc. I thought this would be great with fingerprint and code abilities. Unfortunately ANY fingerprint could unlock it, as well as ANY code. My husband and I both factory reset several times and tried to get it to work. It never did. We un-installed it and returned it the next day. The only reason it gets one star is because I can't give 0. Do not waste your time.

I was a little hesitant with this purchase because the last electric lock I bought was 100 dollars and didnt work properly. I wanted a lock on the master bedroom to keep people out. The thumb print recognition and pin work seamlessly, the app is a nice feature too so I can remotely lock and unlock the door as well as get notification when it's unlocked or when the wrong code is entered.Installation was quick and fit my door perfectly. Highly recommend if your on the fence, there are alot out there to chose from but im happy I went with this one.Going to buy a few more for other rooms we want to keep visitors out of
