UpdatedAfter contacting the vendor, the vendor generously sent a replacement part. My review below still stands, yet knowing this vendor cared and replaced the part, I would definitly buy another product from this vendor, knowing its support is exceptional.Hi, the product and its delivery was completed.Yet, some concern, safety wise. the overall package was in a bad shape, beat up around a lot, old tapes, and the box was very much aged. once it was unpackaged, I noticed two very visible rusting area on one major post, part list number 3, rear upright frame, the stopper section. Two pictures will be provided from both sides, showing the rust right where the welding is, in the review comment. This rust tells me that either the machine was used and refurbished, or the box was sitting in a humid area for a long time. No prior lubrication was applied, very dry on every hinge and every pin, bearings, anywhere that would have a motion, completely dry. Making the movement of the arms extremely abrasive toward the resting pins or bearings, causing a fast break out.Two additional pictures are provided for the same part, illustrating the welding technique was used. Since this part is a load bearing, from engineering aspect, it would have been better to weld the bottom piece as well, in addition to the top and sides, just another layer of safety and structure integrity. I see a fail-safe around the top section, just in case this stopper fails, which put me as ease to keep this machine. (you see the rust section, which is not the welding part, yet in the gap, indicating that storage/warehouse humidity where this machine was.I do like the machine structure design, so I will keep it, and do the lubrication by myself.As for the rust goes, I have to see what I could do to prevent the rust expand. If the rust gets on the welding part, that would be a problem, and causing a functional failure .That would be nice if you could send a replacement for this part, which would put my wife's mind at ease.Other than that, I see no further damage to any other parts. Assembled it pretty much in 30min. Very easy to handle and put it together, as I said, well designed structure.I would recommend to do a better job in storage and package handling.Regards,James Ostad

This is the best machine for chest and deltoids on Amazon without a doubt, the movement is as good as a machine in the gym, I am so glad I bought this so I don't have to go to the gym and spend over a year you would buy this machine if you went to the gym for a year and a half. Customer service is A1 because I had missing one of my bearings and was promptly at my door in 8 days. I don't have to drag any more dumbbells up on my knees and then throw them up and start doing my flies, I highly recommend this machine to anybody that wants to get a good chest and rear deltoid workout without going to the gym. Okay now I'm giving you a second review now that I have my machine for a week or so and used it one time for my chest workout and I can tell you this my chest was so sore that I had a hard time working because I am a construction worker my chest was sore for three full days the best workout I've had since I started lifting weights again I used to workout 20 years ago and stopped because I got married my wife didn't want me going to the gym but now it is a different story but for three days my chest was so sore and like the dumbbells I used before I got this machine my chest was only sore for maybe one day so this machine is excellent and my dumbbells will be gathering dust now so I highly recommend this machine and I just bought the tricep machine it came in today and I will be giving a review when I install it and give it a good workout, m i k o l o is the best and you will see when you get this machine

It comes very well packed. And its pretty easy to assemble. The install hardware and equipment is of good quality. And its designed to assemble easily. Every piece fit together with no fighting or modifying to make it work. Every piece lines up perfectly with the holes for the screws.Once completed, it looks aesthetically pleasing. It doesn't look cheap at all. And is comfortable to use. In my opinion, It may not be too good for someone 6' and taller though. Overall i was so happy i purchased another piece of equipment of the same brand.

Absolutely love this add to my home gym. Easy to assemble and smooth movements.

Assembly took maybe an hour and I did it without help. Directions are good. Packaging is good also. No damage to anything inside the box. For the price I paid I have ZERO complaints. I added extra lubricant to all moving pieces and the movement is ridiculously smooth. The stretch you can get is unreal. It’s a 2:1 ratio so you’re lifting half the weight would definitely recommend this item. I believe it will last for years

Extremely a poor quality price of equipment. It's built like it should be in a 10y ear olds gym .

This machine is great. After testing it and doing a couple workouts over a week, I get a really good pump out of it. The mechanism feels smooth and it should last for years on end. One complaint I have is I wish the top piece was a little higher. For me, I’m 5’11” and for me to feel a good stretch, I have to adjust the seat a little higher and my head is a couple inches away from the metal piece. No biggie, I can live with it. The assembly took about 2 hours but it is definitely worth the price. I recommend it if you’re starting a home gym
