Bought these a few weeks ago ready for Christmas. Have just started practising getting them to look as in the sales image and after a few tweaks here and there I am very pleased with them. Strange though I have them on the slow fade setting but once I hang them outside in the colder temp they start flashing very very fast so have to keep them on the steady on setting on the remote. Still very pleased with them.

Nice looking lights with some caveats -Trying to get the starburst effect as seen in the picture is very difficult as each strand has a good weight to it so they will always fall down. If you look at the video provided in the description, it's more like that in reality.The battery holders are extremely stiff, if you are frail you will struggle. They took some of the wrapper of my rechargeable batteries they are that tight.On the plus side, the lights are very bright with lots of pleasing options. There's a remote as well with a timer so you don't have to worry about manually turning them off to save batteries. As the single use buttons scrolls through 8 or so presets, this saves a ton of time and energy. Good idea.They are certainly something different and due to the strands being individual you could wrap them in a christmas tree or houseplant. There's options for creativity.If they could take this design and iron out some of the issues (USB C rechargeable and stiffer posing strands) could be a 5* item in the future.

These are very unusual lights, but in a good way.Each set required 4 AA batteries, and there is a trick to putting the batteries into the cassette. You need to initially unscrew the base, but you will then find that the batteries do not all fit, so you need to gently pull the battery holder away from the top until it detaches. Don’t worry, it is designed to do this, and you will see connectors akin to those on a pp3 battery. Fit you four batteries and reverse the procedure. You now have power.To operate the lights you have two options, either press the button on battery holder repeatedly to step through the various lighting modes. Or use the supplied remote control. There are several functions to try. In my opinion some are better than others. I did not like the way the fade function turns the lights completely off rather than dimming them to a low level before restoring to full brightness, this is just poor design in my book!Overall I like these, and at the 20% discounted price of £24 I think they are ok and fair value. I do not yet know how long the batteries will last, but they should be good for several weeks based on the minimal current drain from the tiny led lights.

Very pretty lights that look good in most rooms of the house. Easy to hang up and then operate via the remote control. 8 lighting modes are available. The copper wire lights come folded down, so you will need to spread them out and shape them. Only down side is each light requires 4 x AA batteries, which is quite a lot of batteries, and they're not included. It might have been better to make them USB charging?

Ordered these as delightful additions to light up the dreary dark days of winter. I love sparkly lights.these are lovely. You can shape them a bit, which is quite fun. The require AA batteries, which is fine, but it would have been nicer if they were rechargable. They come with remote controls so you can change the type of flash or not flash as it were.They have a hook on them whichi s great for hanging them up. And they can be hung outside which is lovely, especailly for bringing a bit of fun in the dark.It loses a star for requiring batteries.
