Surprisingly solid. I used them for legs of a Dias (stage) only challenge was that if you have long lengs, they prevented it from locking shut (about 20 inches) At one point I tipped the stage onto a leg and the screws pulled out of the wood rather than these units being damaged.

. . . the screws are a worry. We bought 16 hinges in two lots of eight. Each hinge has nine holes for screws; neither lot had enough screws for all the holes. The screws in the second lot were slightly longer than those in the first, which for this job meant I was up for a 30-pack of shorter screws from my local hardware store. Not a big deal, but you'd hope for better consistency. The hinges themselves are fine, and the manufacturer's video is helpful. I found a can of spray lubricant handy; as the video points out, the hinges are tight.

Sturdy, well made, I’ve built a table with folding legs and I am very happy with the hinges and how the lock works - the operation is very smooth and quiet. The positioning of more than enough mounting holes is well thought out and installation was easy. Comes with mounting screws (not sure how many but looks like at least 20) that look like 1”. Philips wood screws with mushroom heads.

Hinges are fine, but the screws all broke off when folded workbench first time (some broke off during install). Hinges all seem to be fine and durable but the workbench fell off the wall with the snapped screws so have to start my build over again. Get your own screws separate, find it poor that they would send something so feeble for something expected to have some weight to it. For reference- workbench is 15” wide, 1.75” thick, 103” long and had 4 hinges on it. Not oversized or super heavy so the screws shouldn’t have had significant load to snap like they did.

Very sturdy. So much so needs wd40 to loosen when first use.
