EDIT: Contacted the team and they were able to help me out entirely and responded quickly! Change my rating from 3 to 5 stars because of wonderful customer service! Honestly did not meet my expectations. At first I thought it was anywhere in the world no service it would work and I cpuld send messages to my girlfriend, but it just works off your phone, no signal no messages. There's apps that do vibrate messages. My girlfriend and I did enjoy sending each other messages randomly. But biggest problem is the fastening clip is really bad, holepunch style like a hat. First one fell off my wrist lost it in the backyard, brother didn't see it and ran it over with the lawn mower. Bought a second one and it fell off somewhere while traveling in the airport and now I'm away for 6 weeks. I'm just sad really that it came off so easily. Not sure if I'll buy a third one if it will just fall of again.

My partner and I live in different states, so it's great that we can connect easily! Sometimes the app does glitch, but simply checking for updates usually fixes that. I really love that you can label the taps and create a little code for convenience. The battery life is also impressive, and even after I accidentally got it wet while doing the dishes, it worked perfectly fine! The fit is great since it has enough holes to tighten pretty far!

I bought these for me and my long distance BFF. We are both super busy and loved having these. It was so much fun! I noticed how comfortable the band was and it’s was really fun to use! It has to hook up to the Bluetooth in your phone. Battery life was good! I will say this is probably priced about right, but if say try to get it on sale and BUY the warranty!! After a few days of use, mine slipped on my wrist (I have small wrists) and I didn’t notice. I ended up running it over with my car. 😅 BUT I will saw that I will be buying another one in the future. I just can’t afford it right now.

For someone who's been skeptical of bracelets like these for a long time and is a first time buyer of one, I must admit this product has met and surpassed my expectations. I bought one for myself and gifted one to my girlfriend, and it has worked as promised. It has no problem connecting with a modern phone, and as long as the bracelet and your phone are within Bluetooth range of each other, you can receive and send touches with only a small delay. The bracelet is durable, fits well, doesn't look gaudy, and comes with a great app that helps track touches and make your own touch language. For someone who has to travel a lot for work, it has done wonders for my relationship this far and has helped bridge the distance when I need to travel for a long time. It has helped put my girlfriend at ease, and made checking in on each other as simple as a touch or two. I sincerely recommend it.

I had the previous bondtouch and was excited when they made a version that sits more flush on the wrist. The sleek design is super cute and the light bar is bigger than the other version. My problem is with it staying on, Even the other version gave a little trouble in the beginning with getting metal peg through the bracelet a few times, that got easier with time. However with the new bracelet, i'm not sure if its the texture of the dips, but for some reason the metal peg holding it on doesn't want to go through the holes or stay there after I make sure its securely in place. Mind you Im a student and work retail so i'm running around a lot but this bracelet has fallen off quite a few times and it stresses me out because its an expensive luxury item for me to lose. I hope they can add a safety strap or some kind of thin silicone band for extra security in the future because I want to love it to badly.
