Good Source of Protein
Good source of protein if you want to avoid cholesterol. Not that palatable to mix it with seeds or salad

Good yoghurt
Tastes good and fresh.

Awful Taste
Stick to the regular version of Epigamia Greek Yogurt; although slightly salty, it has a much better texture and flavour. This one just tastes grainy and odd.

Brilliant product but very expensive
This is among the best protein yogurts in India, if not the best.I tried Amul Protein Dahi too. It's significantly cheaper. But it is absolutely horrible to taste. Amul Protein Dahi has a sour and pungent quality. But this Epigamia Turbo is very consistent.Creamy, smooth and high quality incredible texture. The protein content is brilliant and it is superb for absorption in sensitive guts like mine. I wonder how some reviewers here reached the conclusion that protein content is not as much as advertised. How did they calculate the quantity of protein?Importantly, note that this is not to be consumed as it is like normal Dahi. Use it to blend it in a smoothie and since this is a big pack, don't add more than 3 teaspoons in one go.My only complaint is the exorbitant and unreasonably high price. Less than Rs 250 is fine. Even the smaller packs. Below Rs 85 is justified.

Thick, creamy, Greek yoghurt! Freshness as per Epigamia's high standards.

Not so good to taste
Tastes very chalky wouldn’t recommend to people who eat curd for creamy texture.
