Hello,This was my first time purchasing from this supplier, although I’ve used this product before in the shade Light Brown.However, I was very disappointed with this order. The color looked extremely reddish, which is very unusual, and it also came with a strange gel inside. As you can see in the photo, there is a clear separation between the components.After applying it, my hair turned out much lighter and with a strong reddish tone — nothing like the Light Brown I’m used to.I’m very unhappy with the result.I would like to request a full refund for this purchase, as the product did not meet expectations and appears to be defective.I appreciate your attention and look forward to a resolution.

I love how this product is not harsh on the hair color is true to the description. I used to dye my hair every three or four weeks with lots of gray. If you leave it in for 30 minutes or longer it definitely covers the gray also if you order from the actual nova Hair products it’s twice the amount Where Amazon sells it cheaper.

Great product. It was good for one application. Better off buying larger bottle. Would buy again.

The color is perfect and worked just like it says. It gave semi grey coverage. The reason I gave this a three is because it burned my scalp the whole time it was on. I also don't think after what I used, that this would last 6 months.

First I must say the package I received leaked during shipping, I just rinsed off and used, but after first used I noticed huge stains on the bathroom counter, we immediately cleaned it with bleach and soap and the stain does not come off. I also used it on my hair and it looks like someone painted on my head with a permanent marker. This is one of the worst hair dyes I have purchased. It ruined my counter and I look like sims character.
