The product is essential to anyone with Prostatitis. I noticed significant improvement in my symptoms in a couple of days. The pain I had, especially when I sit down, reduced to a bearable level. I used to have a constant pain which had started almost eight month ago (they feel like eight years of pain to me!) with gradual improvement (when I started taking this product). I have combined this with Graminex PollenAid and the pain almost gone. So, I would recommend this to anyone with CPPS.As I bought this to UK, I ended up paying an extremely high price including shipping and custom charges (almost £160 for two bottles). Next time, I would buy Prosta-Q as it is cheaper and have been claimed to give the same effect.Updated 04-15-2016I have tried Prosta-Q for three weeks now and it has even stronger effect than Q-Urol. I felt better (When I thought there wouldn't be any!). So I recommend it over Q-Urol but try it along with PollenAid as I mentioned above. After being terribly frustrated with urinary discomfort and several visits to a urologist over the course of two years, I found Q-Urol to be the most effective remedy. A bit pricey at $49 per bottle, each lasting me thirty days, but I tried marshmallow root, querciten and other natural anti-inflammatories to no relief. This product has kept my pain and discomfort at bay. Will continue to use to great satisfaction.

I didn't purchase mine from Amazon.I was diagnosed with non-specific prostatitis recently. Not something you want to hear but there you have it.My urologist gave me a sample bottle of Q-Urol, but the 15 tablets didn't do anything. So a bogus product, right? I was ready to move on and just keep taking the FloMax. Then I read a few comments that said you need to give it more time. So in desperation, I went to their web site and signed up for the automatic delivery every 2 months (cancel-able) to save a few bucks because this stuff is not cheap. Once it arrived I started taking two tablets a day - one after breakfast and one after dinner.There was no improvement for the first 2 weeks.Week 3, I saw minor relief some days but other days, not so much.Week 4, things finally started turning around. The discomfort level went down noticeably, and I was actually getting up way less often at night. I didn't get up at all last night, and that was only happening a few times a year before the diagnosis! I sure hope that keeps up.Long story short, I quit taking FloMax and all the other supplements you are probably trying right now, and went with just the Q-Urol. I also have a cup of Liptons Green Tea in the morning since I had to give up coffee.It's not a perfect solution. I still feel it, some days more than others, usually when I have spicy food or a beer (a few a week now). But it's a heck of an improvement over where I was when I first walked into the doctor's office.So, in conclusion, you will want to try this for a few months to gauge whether it's something that might give you some relief. Tried it at 1 per day for about 10 months. Seemed to work great. I had pressure sitting and frequent bouts with prostatitis. Was able to stop taking the antibiotic and pressure is almost completely gone. Stopped taking it several months ago and the problems have NOT returned.

was having to visit the restroom way too often at night.got this and was sleeping all nite almost instantly.followed up after finishing one bottle with zinc tabs and saw palmetto and i've felt great with no symtoms ever since.it's been three years,good luck.

I noticed no improvement in my symptoms while taking this. After seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist, I think I know why: dysfunction involving the pelvic floor muscles plays at least a partial role in most IC, CPP, etc. cases. According to a statistic published by the Interstitial Cystitis Association, as high as 88% of cases out there involve muscle issues surrounding the pelvic floor (usually too tight). I think everyone with CPP issues should consult at least once with a physical therapist who is qualified to examine the pelvic floor.
