My girlfriend and I got into Pickleball a few months ago and went straight to Target to purchase our first paddles. After falling in love with the game we decided to look for better paddles and we came across these on Amazon! At first glance they looked beautiful and sounded like the ones to go for so we purchased both the Red and Black paddles. BOY! let me tell you these are a huge upgrade from Targets cheap paddles. They feel great, they look amazing and I feel like a pro on the court. The spins hit harder too. We've played several games with them already and so far they're holding up in great condition. They come with an edge tape guard to protect the edges of the paddles for those low shots that can scrape the paddle. These are sweet. Thanks!

This is in follow-up to my original review. I couldn't speak to durability until an adequate amount of months. I was hoping I'd get a year or more out of it with no damage or excessive wear. The photo depicts damage after using the paddle approx 4 x per week for 10 weeks.I loved everything about his paddle, but I can't buy another with such a fragile surface. I have a Selkirk and two Paddleteks that have lasted over two years with no damage. But all three have a protective edge. So, I guess the upshot is: I'll be looking for this paddle's utility, but with an edge that doesn't chip. I can't say for certain what caused this, but I can't afford to replace a $90 paddle every 10 weeks.The surface creates a spin that can only be described as extraordinary. I do my best to keep it in good condition by tapping handles after a game, and by not scraping it across court surfaces.

Despite what it says, it's a small paddle and strangely heavy for it's size.If you are a banger and you want to improve your drop game and your kitchen game, then try this paddle, since it will slow you down.It's a thick paddle face, which gives a lot of control. You'll notice more consistent bounce across the whole face. If you mis-hit, it is very forgiving. You'll notice fewer mis-hits at the kitchen during fast rallies. It's control also increases success rate at drop shots.It's heavy, so it will remind you to hold your paddle in front of your face.It has a reasonable rough surface to add slice or spin. Lots of control.So, this in not a banger paddle.It has a white rubber frame, that looks great, but quickly buffs... so it's probably not durable. I give it 12 months.

The media could not be loaded. This paddle comes tricked out with a super gritty surface for spin. A comfortable paddle and a hood swing weight. I just played with the paddle and let me tell you the spin is unbelievable as well as the control mixed with the perfect amount of power. I would highly recommend this paddle for anyone wether your a beginner to advanced player.

I just received this paddle a few days ago and since then I have used this paddle multiple times to train and play in pickleball games. This paddle does it all! Out of the packaging it comes with an edge guard that you can stick on to protect the edge of the paddle on the low shots by the surface of the court. The ribbed grip feels great in your hand and is also perforated to help with sweat so the paddle doesn’t slip out of your hand. The paddle face itself has a large sweet spot and also an opening between the handle and the face for better aerodynamics which helps increase your swing speed through the strike of the ball. The surface is also rough feeling which greatly helps you as the player create a lot of spin on your hits. This paddle allows for you to put a lot of pace on your hits but at the same time the honeycomb core allows you more control for your dinks. I would recommend this to anyone either learning the game or people playing at a high level. This is the ultimate paddle!

I'm quite disappointed in the packaging they sent me. They put the paddle in a clear bag with a few random things without any box. As if it was a goodie bag that you receive at a birthday party. Very poor presentation. But at first glance the paddle looks nice very intriguing. Simple design and straight forward. But why they choose the name PBA for a pickleball paddle. While PBA is for bowling? I'm just saying but think what you think. I wanted to like the paddle but couldn't. The surface of the paddle a rough paint job sorta like a house deck paint which chip and crack very easily. The rough texture sure help with spins but the integrity of the paddle will not last long. After the speculation I used for a double game. Just after a few hit. The paint did chip with crack showing. I then return it at a Amazon Fresh location near me. I hope they come out with a more advance paddle with better paint and a better presentable packaging. The simple design is very nice I really liked it though. Please keep the simple direct design on your next paddle. Good Luck!

This paddle just suits me. It’s rimless which I really like. It plays great with good, effortless power. Has a great feel to it and the weight, which is more on the heavy side it just perfect in my mind. I don’t think I could find a better paddle if I paid a lot more money. I’m a 3-4 rated player and think this paddle would work well for anyone in that range.

Paddle is very durable, it is lightweight and has a good surface for spin. This is my second one and I would recommend it for any level of player. Great paddle for the money.
