Expensive but these French St Michel soft lady fingers are the best for "charlotte".

Decent product. Much too expensive. Not like the Lady Fingers, I have purchased in the past. These were all entirely separate. Didn't work in a Spring Form pan. But, I adjusted my recipe and used them in a rectangular pan. The quality of the cake was very good. Made for Tiramisu. Not what I was making. Again, very expensive. Why did you pick this product vs others?: There were, almost, no choices.

It is incredibly delicious! My girlfriend born in France said her mom used to use these for strawberry shortcake! That’s what my friend made for me and so I bought some from Amazon.
