Amundson Savvy Rider Trek All-in-One Fishing Combo

The media could not be loaded. This fishing pole is very nice. It comes in a reasonably small carrying case in which the pole comes folded up. Also in the case is a nice assortment of lures. Each section of the pole is connected by shock cord. All you have to do is just hold it out away from your body a little bit and for the most part the pole puts itself together. You just need to tighten down and straighten each rod section with your hands. I find that it has a nice casting and reeling action. I am very satisfied with this purchase!

This collapsable travel rod worked great and comes ready to go right out the bag. It is pre-spun with line and includes a basic set of lures. I've been using this rod for the past 2 months with great success and no issues. It can be put together and taken apart in seconds. The reel feels smooth and works well. This rod is a little nicer than the typical collapsable rod and worth the price.

My son was soo excited to use this for our fishing trip. Removed it out of the box and packed it in the bag. As soon as we got to our destination, the top tip just broke off as he was unfolding it. I wish he wouldn’t brought it back to return, but instead he left it at our camping site thinking there was nothing that can be done. There goes his $100 gift that couldn’t even be used

Great fishing pole. I haven't purchased a pole for multiple years. My 22-year-old son recommended I buy one initially to asses the quality. He tried casting and immediately wanted ONE. I bought two more—one for him and my other son.Highly recommended.

Awesome combo. Bought the trek model due to loving the original model I have so much.

The pole is pretty awesome, once you figure out how it works (I was afraid I was going to break it when I first tried folding it up.) The tackle is pretty generic stuff, but I've never been much on using lures and prefer an old fashion hook with bait. The case is simple but seems to be of pretty good quality.

Thank goodness this is worth the price. The pole can make you nervous you’re going to break it but once you get the hang of it that worry will quickly disappear. It comes with a lot of different components that really make the kit worth its price tag. I’m no expert in fishing but I didn’t notice any drop in enjoyment/quality of casting when I took it out for a spin. I don’t fish enough to notice if it was a marked improvement from rods I’ve used before but as long as it’s not worse (which it wasn’t) I’m happy with it.

Dorado was good. The bait were good too, but the only problem I had was it that it did not want to re-fold again.
