Used this when I rebuilt the carbs on my BMW Airhead. It cleans quite well. CAUTION: don't use an ordinary Simple Green / water solution. Simple Green will dull, turn gray aluminum parts. Use another cleaner sparingly, or use the heavy duty Simple Green Product for aircraft parts cleaning. It doesn't take much. This cleaner's very hot water and great ultrasonics will do the job. Timer is 20 minutes max.

I filled it with Simple Green and it goes well removing grease and grime from smaller car parts.

The machine is great. Worth the money, just very loud for an office. Especially comparing it to the last one we had.

This is my first ultrasonic cleaner, and while I've only owned it for a couple of months, it so far has done an outstanding job of cleaning the parts I put in it. This product is made in China, and is at least half the price of a US-made equivalent. While I may buy a US product one day to compliment this one, I couldn't pass up this product when I went to buy my first machine. It seems to be built well enough to last a while, and if it holds up to 2-3 years at least of good use, this will turn out to be an excellent investment.Others complained of parts missing in the box, but mine came well packaged, with all parts and the manual. I'll follow up later if there are issues, but so far so good! Very happy.

received my cleaner it worked twice on the third time it completely failed . It will not turn on .I have had this for less than two months . COMPAMY SENT OUT A new unit no questions asked took care of the problem . Easy to work with . Would recommend this product .

So I got this back in February and was very pleased at the time. I used it a fair bit for the first couple months and then didn't have a need for it again until this July when I began using it in earnest again for about 2 week. Now, when I say in earnest, I mean I was using it in 10 minute intervals roughly twice per day. I was using the machine to clear 3d printed models made from water washable resin. No chemicals. I just need to warm and agitate the water to get into the crevices. Great performance early on and until 27 July. At that point, mid cleaning the noise from the machine noticeably decreased. As the model still was cleaned I thought perhaps it was a trick of my ears or the fact that I had an audio book going on at the same time or maybe a noise from the neighbor's house. The following day I used it to clean another model and there was some agitation in the water so I figured it was fine, but upon removing it, it was not cleaned at all. Amazon says to contact DK Sonic through their website. I did so using their contact for on 28 July. I reached out again via an email address for their cleaners on 1 August. It's 8 August now and I haven't heard anything back. Their website says they give 1 year warranty on their cleaners and while I understand things break and that's why there's a warranty, the warranty doesn't matter if the company doesn't respond to contact regarding that warranty. It's a shame. It was a decent little machine until it died.Update: They did reach out to me on 9 August. So we'll see how it goes.

Got this to clean my three Sig handguns. This product just simply works!! I use the L&R "Safety Ultrasonic Weapon Cleaning Solution" and "Safety Ultrasonic Weapon Lubricating Solution" and could not be happier.

Works well for firearms and jewelry. Pretty happy

Great unit.... well worth going with the 30L. I went with this unit because of 30L capacity, the high wattage heaters, 10 transducers really get the items clean. The manual dials make it simple to use, with no headache of a digital unit failing. I use distilled water in the tank and utilize the jar and bag method. Keep it simple. Just select the size of Ziploc to fit the items, add water and the cleaning solution of choice to cover the items. Close up the bag, making sure there is no leak. Place the bag into the tank. Clean for the length of time needed. Cleanup is easy with everything being contained inside of the bag. No cleaning the tank every time, especially with 30L capacity. You can do several different containers at the same time with different cleaning solutions for any given task. Just make sure to adjust the water level in the tank to accommodate of add the bags into the tank. Otherwise you'll have an overflow on your hands. Like I stated in the beginning this is a Great unit, well worth the extra cost. I highly recommend it.

The DK Sonic Cleaner is wonderful. Does what it is supposed to do and we are very happy with it.

Size was the determining factor for the 10l unit in my situation. Unit seems to work as it should not issues with power. Only thing I've noticed is some things don't seem to clean like they have in past units. There are alot of variables obviously in that statement. Still happy with unit.
