I bought this roller because I’ve had consistent pain and tightness in my upper back/traps for over a year now due to swimming competitively, I constantly try to crack and roll out my upper back on chairs 🤣As soon as this was delivered I decided to roll out my back and suddenly I heard a pop in my upper back. And even though I got the wind knocked out of me for a second I never felt so relieved in my entire life. I’d been trying to crack my back in that specific spot for a while now and this finally did the trick. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND for everyone

I bought mine for my shoulder blade that I couldn’t reach myself & Im super happy with my purchase.It’s very firm, no give, standing and using a wall to press into my shoulder blade was perfect because I adjusted the pressure based on how much to lean into it or off of it.Laying on the floor & rolling back on it, gives a great stretch but if you’re not flexible I’d buy a smaller roller or start using it by standing & using a wall.My back is not flexible at all right now. The roller not having any give, I could seriously injure myself using this on the floor. Standing against the wall gets two thumbs up from me.

My teen athletes both use this constantly! It feels great and works well for their needs. I love it also!

I was originally concerned with if it was designed and made well when I bought it. I wasn’t let down once I received it. I’m not a huge guy but was wondering how well it would support my weight when rolling on my back. Oh and hitting my lats was intense, it hurt so good. Great product!

Hi! I bought this foam roller off of a suggestion from Jillian Michael's blog.As a beginner in foam rolling, I probably should have started with a smooth surfaced roller.This is an intense foam roller (for me anyway)! It really does a nice job on working out post workout soreness. I use it at random to roll my back as well; great job there too.I use the JM app as well. When I try to do an entire foam roller session on the easiest setting, I cannot withstand a full 45 seconds in each position. It hurts! But it does end up helping me in the long run. I only do the stretches for as long as I can.Side note: I would say I do not have that much muscle mass. Perhaps as time goes on I will have more and will be able to do the stretches for longer.Bottom line I recommend this product! It does a great job for me!

Congratulations foam roller. You made my masseuse lose a client! While I still like to get deep tissue every now and again, this has made my aches and pains so much less frequent and very easy to deal with myself. I got the pink version and it was worth every penny! I use it before and after workouts for about 5 to 10 minutes and haven't had an injury in I don't even know how long! Even just little spasms or sore spots are long gone quickly with this. I wanted to wait to review to see how it help up, and this thing has been used and used and is still in great shape with no signs of breaking down soon! I have even got my husband using it and considering a purchase of his own! I also love the look. I know, I know. You not supposed to buy these things for the look. But the pretty colors and great look don't hurt! Not that I think I'll need to for a long time, but I would definitely buy it again!
