There’s so much to write about this purchase that I bought, I don’t know where to start but I am. This juicer is valued for money I can truly recommend for customers to buy without hesitation. The machine is so easy to assemble also and the speed, the Quality, less mess and also easy to clean. The juicer machine is so unique fit nicely on my kitchen counter it has 2 basket inserts (one for soft fruit eg pineapple etc, the other for hard fruits eg vegetables). EXREIZST brand is the best. I must also take time out to express my gratitude to the EXREIZST team for their great Customer Service skills for going above and beyond in helping me to resend an accessory from my juicer (auger) that was mistakenly thrown away with the trash. I emailed EXREIZST team with my order number explaining the issue and they weren’t hesitant in responding and sending me a replacement. Thank you Anna and the team.

The juicer works well. It's incredibly easy to use and comes with everything you'd need to get set up and working.In terms of maintenance, it's a lot less finicky than something like a blender to clean as everything comes apart pretty easily, but this also makes it a bit more of a chore too as it needs disassembly and reassembly.It does seem to produce a large amount of juice for the amount of fruit used, and has a reasonably small footpront for this.Only real downside to this in my mind is the price, if you want fresh juice all the time it might be a worthwhile investment but it is very pricey when there are cheaper alternatives.

Don't know about the inspection of machines before boxing at factory.I might have had the one that was not quit right.Used twice, 1st time for orange juice that was ok.Bit fiddley to clean, 2nd time using the mechanism that actually squashes and pushes the pulp through snapped the bolt took 40 minutes to try to remove and clean to send back.

I give 2 star because is a small appliance, not as big in the picture, size is for couples, not for big family

I got two juicers for review one of which was much smaller than this. Both share several parts such as the cups and the filters, and the lump of plastic you can stick through the top to push the fruit down toward the auger (which grinds the fruit).Once you get it working, it does, slowly, reduce the fruit to fibrous pulp and pure juice and separate them well. This one is larger than the other, and the compartment you put the fruit in has a proper lid - the other one was just a weird design that made cleaning even harder. You get two cups, one for each spout as one extrudes a thick sausage of pulp that's pretty well free of juice and the other has a cover on it so you can open it and release the juice.The juice is basically free of bits so it's fairly close to the stuff you'd get from the supermarket though probably not as thin. Regardless it does a good job.However, the design creates an awful lot of work cleaning it. None of it is easy to clean, unless you count the cups, and there's lots of shaped bits and nooks and crannies, some of which probably don't do anything, for the fibre to stick to.What this can do though is juice things like pineapple, or apples. The juicer we're going to keep using is just for citrus fruits like oranges and lemons but that's fine because those are the only ones we need to do, and that device is USB powered, faster, easier to clean, and dramatically smaller than this one so it's easier to store.This is powered by a mains plug, and has lots of pieces you have to take care of so you'll probably need a basket in the kitchen cupboards for them unless you use it so much it lives on your kitchen counters. I would look to see if you can find something easier to clean, especially at this price and this size. This is basically going to take up a similar footprint to a kitchen mixer, or a small air fryer. It is not a small device.
