Great DVD
I love this DVD! As a sixty-something woman who has been working out for years, I was new to the rebounder-with-stability-bar world and delighted to find this compilation. I like all three of the workouts on this DVD very much, but my favorite is the stability bar 23-minute workout. I'm able to combine this with other fitness activities (e.g., walking, doing other DVDs) to create a comprehensive workout experience that more than meets my needs. I will be on the lookout for other DVDs by the same company because I'm so impressed by what they have to offer. If you're on the fence about buying this, don't hesitate...it is a fun and effective workout.

Love this rebound dvd
Finally got help putting my mini tramp put together so I got to use this DVD today. I loved it! First they show you the proper way to bounce, which I was doing wrong. Then they have three workouts. I did the first two and watched the third one. The instructors explain and show the moves so you know exactly what to do. They also show you how to intensify the moves when you are ready or you can do the beginner moves. I am so glad I picked this DVD. I know I will be using it a lot!

Gives a quick introduction for technique if you have not used one before
Probably not useful long term after you learn the basics and are ready to expand or create your own routines.

Great workout for the currently out of shape!
I loved the easy workout. I am 60, very out of shape due to recent surgery and I was looking for something to help put me back in shape. I also have a bad back, so I was looking for an exercise routine that would accommodate that. Purchased a rebounder and then this video. The routine utilizing the handle is perfect. I wasn't able to completely keep up, but I did finish it first time through. Looking forward to being able to do it all and then move on to harder workouts!

not so much for beginners
I just purchased a rebounder and had never used one before. I got the beginner's bounce thinking it would slowly get me used to the rebounder, but that isnt' the case with this cd. I'm not one that has great stabiity so the rebounder takes a bit getting used to. I don't think this cd is for someone that is klutzy and a beginner. I have to say that I have been working out for many years and can do a 45 min to hour aerobics, but this cd is not for me.

This solves so many problems
I really like the idea that I have different choices for workouts instead of just one version. This allows me tostart slowly and work up to more as I am able. This low impact routine seems to be helping the hip problems I've developed recently. Thank you so much.

This is not for beginners and has very little content.
As someone who is brand new to rebounding I wanted to try out this DVD. Don't waste your time.There are only a few videos on here, and they are very long, 30 minutes plus. I am a beginner, I am not going to be on the re-bounder for a hour to start with. It was just a waste of money.I ended up going on online and finding 5, 10, and 15 minute beginner workouts that were a much better place to start.

Easy to follow and is definitely a workout--have no fear!
I am happy with the easy-to-follow workouts shown here. Senior citizens can definitely do these exercises, just not as many reps, not as fast as the instructors, and not without using the grab bar...at first. I can tell that I will get quicker and stronger each day as I continue to view this DVD. I am sold on this program--no more walking on pavement in all kinds of weather. The girls are all smiles and make it fun too.
