Let me just say these are a real gamechanger. If your quality of life has declined due to oab u really need to give these patches a try

This is the patch that allows me to take road trips with my old lady bladder. It is an FDAApproved drug so make sure it’s for you before you take it

I never felt these did anything for my urgency/frequency. Absolutely nothing. On top of no relief from OAB and nocturia I had three distinct, red, squares that lasted for weeks around my mid section. In addition, all rashes had an orange peel feel that also lasted for weeks. By the third week, the area where the third patch was applied was inflamed and highly irritated. I had to remove it two days early. Me never the one to give up and believing relief is just around the corner if I just give it time to work was going to apply the fourth patch that was in the box. Wasn't sure where I was going to put it with the previous red, puffy, orange peel feel areas from the other patches, but I was going to try. My husband was like absolutely not! Throw those away!One star from me.

This product works better for me than the oral oxybutynin prescription I have used in the past! However I appear to be allergic to the glue. Glue residue remains on the skin and does not come off with soap and water. I have to clean it off with rubbing alcohol. Lastly, the package is extremely difficult to get into. I can not tear it open. Nor does cutting along a designated line open it. You have to cut well below the line to get to the point where the package is not sealed and you can open it to remove the patch. I sometimes slice off a small bit of the patch trying to get the package open. Other than that I am happy with this product.
