Wow, super powerful! I just had total knee replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. Change in gate with limp, being more active and the more intense pt to help rebuild damaged muscles has my feet, ankles, calves and quads screaming at the end of the day when I begin slowing down for the night. This, either by action or distraction, has taken the pain away. I need to ice still for the swelling so turned the heat off - I was happy it had that feature. Bit tough to get it all strapped up but seems worth it for awful muscle pain being relieved. Been using it about once or twice a week, I let it go for two cycles (40 minutes) and it totally relaxes the muscles.

I suffer from extreme restless leg syndrome, and these are amazing. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody.

You may need a second person to help put on . For me I can do one leg but not the other. Quite comfortable to be in and the compression system is being used, especially the feet.

Easy to figure out. Didn't even need to read instructions to figure out how to use it. The led screen reminds you what each "mode" will do so you don't have to reference manual.They run small but it comes with extenders but I'm not sure an incredibly large calved person will be able to use. You'll have to just try it but its ample for average sized men and women.I like you can adjust intensity and heat temperature. The highest heat setting gets very hot so its good to be able to turn it down after awhile if you start getting a hot spot. Start on low intensity and gradually build up. I started at highest and it kinda hurt so you got to figure out your threshold.You dont need to over tighten the velcro . The air bags will inflate enough at the higher intensity!It shuts off for safety so no worries about falling asleep and getting burned or hurtI have neuropathy and poor circulation below knees and it makes my feet feel light as air and gives me momentary relief from the pins and needles. They aren't "massage' thingies but the compression and sequence of it reminds me of a 200 dollar swedish massage I bought once on a weekend get away. Now I can save my money with a one time purchase and get a fancy massage anytime!

Initially, I was buying this leg massager for my mother-in-law who is 80+ years old in hope to help with her blood circulation in the legs. What we found out is that the massager not only helps improve her legs' blood circulation, but it's also so relaxing that it helps her sleep as well. I meant, she fell asleep every time she uses it. I ended up buying one for myself, and I just use it when I need a short nap, :-). It works every time. As for me, I use it mainly to help me relax.My sister-in-law who is a full-time teacher also uses it, and she loves it as well.In general, the leg massager has 3 power levels, 3 heater levels, and 3 massage modes (Foot, Calf, and both). It's very easy to set/control, and the power cord is long enough for use on the bed. I highly recommended this leg massager!

Does not work! The velcro fasteners on the foot section do not hold!!! No use at all.I have the calf only model and that works well. That is why I decided to try this model. Bad decision.Don't waste your money!!

I’m really happy with this purchase. I use it every night, and my legs and feet are definitely grateful. I’m getting even more out of it now since I’m dealing with a bit of discomfort in my right hamstring, and one of the recommended things is applying pressure to the area, which this product does perfectly. Highly recommended!

Update to original review:Inside a month, the bladder on the right knee popped. I did decide to keep them, as they were purchased as part of a larger order on Affirm, and sadly that made even exchanging quite a chore. While I do still love them and they are quite helpful, I was pretty bummed when I realized they don't stand up well to repeated use. Again, this was inside a month of purchase, so we aren't talking hundreds or even dozens of uses. It's a shame, as other than that I quite like them....but it does concern me that inside 6 months the bladders may all be popped.Amazing difference! I have lymphadema and these help so much!The power setup is a bit frustrating. I've run them 4x now in the 2 days I've had them, and twice I have struggled to get them to turn on. They work great, I'm not sure what the issue is with the controller.If I need to return them, I'll definitely replace with the same. Hoping the controller doesn't make me have to return, because I never want to be without them again!
