Orchard Corset CS-426 Standard Womens Mesh Underbust Steel Boned Waist Trainer Corset

This is my first corset, and before I purchased I went on Youtube and watched all of Orchard Corsets videos on how to measure my body and what style and size to order. Its Perfect!! I love how it gives me an instant hourglass shape, and even though it's not "seasoned" yet, I dont feel restricted in movement, it feels really natural to wear. I got in part to help with my posture (I was in a bad car accident many years ago and I get back pain from standing up straight and working long hours, etc.) and in part to waist train. I got the mesh because summer is coming and I'm thinking it might not be as hot as the cotton, leather or satin. I am very "squishy", which means I can really size down, but it also means the fat has to go somewhere, and I am happy to find that the length in the back hides it very well and keeps a smooth line. I love how the underbust comes up to a point between my breasts, it holds them in a flattering way. Still shocked how comfortable this is to wear! I expected it would be so stiff and hard to breath in or move around in, but its comfortable!I am 5ft 6inches, 146 pounds, underbust measures 30 (not the same as your bra size-see Sheri's Orchard Corset videos on Youtube how to measure yourself, so easy) waist is 30-31 but "squishes" to 27-28, and hips are 36-39 depending where you measure. I am about 38" where the corset hugs my hips. I got the 24 inch size, and I am just barely making the modesty panel cover the gap, but that will close in as I lose weight and season the corset. Still not sure what my torso size is but I think I am average, about 9.5".I want one in every color! Really wondering why I never tried this before. Not only is it great for my posture, but it's flattering and comfortable. As soon as I take it off, I wish it was on again.I will have somebody take a picture to share, my words truly don't do this justice. Pics coming soon! The corset is absolutely gorgeous and extremely well made, but I wish I would have sizes down even further. I ordered a 32” based off of my measurements and what was recommended, but wish I would have sized down to a 30”.I know tight-lacing is frowned upon by many, but I was recommended to do so by my doctor. He recommended I mildly tight-lace to help reduce loose skin, caused by my major weight loss. He recommended it over just spandex, as that tends to stretch out, while a corset you can slowly tighten as you lose more weight.Sadly, lacing it up tightly but comfortable and not restricting my overall movement, I only have about maybe a ⅓ inch gap between the back sides meeting. Meaning, It won’t be long before I’ll have to purchase another, as I won’t be able to tighten it anymore.I’ve worn it twice before realizing this, along with throwing away the packaging, so It feels wrong to return it or exchange it now. Since Orchard Corsets, to my knowledge, is an independent company, not just a major box store; I will not be returning it. I believe it’s important to support businesses as such and it shouldn’t be their loss, due to me not accounting for loose skin possibly being why it fits larger on me.I highly recommend this corset, as it feels extremely well made, it’s comfortable For long wear (especially if you have a long torso, as I do), and when soon when it comes to me to size down, I will definitely be purchasing again! This style/model is great if you have a long torso but a larger rib cage, narrow waist, and wide hips, as I do.I’m writing this review more as a forewarning for those whom many be buying the corset for the same intentions as I. If you are going through major weight loss, you’re post pregnancy, or whatever the case may be where loose skin may be a factor, I HIGHLY recommend sizing down an extra size, just so you have a little more room to work with, as you size down.

I love love love love this product it is a genuine steal bone corset! I am 41"40"50" and got the 36" corset i would suggest getting the 34" if you are on the fluffy side like i am i suggest getting the 34". I started showing results within 5 days. I will deffinaly be getting the brand and product again. The only down side is that wish i got the 34" so i could season down sizes faster but hey! One step at a time if you want to start waist training and finding it hard to buy one this is a great one to get its beatable, easy to lace, and sits right. Just make sure you have it on right, this corset has loops on the inside that is the right side up! (Loops under your boobs) Make sure you do not put it upside down!

I started with a corset that was absolutely the wrong one for my body. Was not nearly curvy enough for my body since it would dig into my hips and made sitting down very difficult. yet had huge gaps around my under bust. Was way too long for my torso and made my bra dig into my armpits. Thanks to their website I learned that this one might be better for my body type. It has slight gaps around my hips and Underbust but that will go alway once I can close the back fully. Best of all this gives me no pushing on my hips or pushing my bra up into my armpits which means no pain.Update: corset is now fully seasoned and looks great no more gaps planning on also buying this style in leather

Construction is nice, color is very neutral. Came with black laces, which I would have replaced, except -- apparently I am not as curvy as I thought I was. 38-41-45 underbust/waist/high hip and I could cinch it all the way closed from the start with enough extra room at top and bottom to put my hands under it. Hope those measurements help someone else as I could only find a waist measurement to judge from when ordering. Sending it back and consulting with the company for a better fit, which I highly recommend doing, even if you plan to buy through Amazon in the end.
