Fast and Powerful Apple MacPro laptop
I absolutely love this MacPro. I’ve owned Apple computers since the SE-30 Macintosh through an iMac all-in-one. This is a fantastically fast and capable apple laptop. If you’re not familiar with Apple OS, there will be a learning curve. This specific configuration is expensive, but if you want quick and powerful, it is truly terrific. It does the small things well, but is powerful enough to do complex math and graphics really well. The battery life and user friendly UI is valuable to me. I also love how well it integrates with my other Apple products (iPhone, iPad, AirPods, and Beats headphones). Probably more power than I need and probably spent more for that power than I needed, but I decided to spend more for the better screen, speakers, and active cooling. Truly happy with this purchase.

Excellent laptop if you have the money!!!
Fantastic! High quality and great battery life! Yes it’s expensive but totally worth it! The only thing I would recommend is getting the latest internal drive you can afford because it fills up quickly. Really in this day and age 1tb should be the standard minimum. Beautiful display and processor performance is second to none!Very happy with this one!!

Powerful, quiet, looks great, older style ports, what's not to like.
FAST! A little heavy, and it's odd seeing the old style ports back again. Wish it had more USC-C ports. The screen is a fingerprint magnet, but is crystal clear and brighter than my 2019 MacBook Pro. It's powerful, quiet, looks great, Really enjoying it. And the price was better than buying direct from Apple.

Powerful. Bit heavy. Quality through and through, as expected from Apple.
I've owned this MacBook Pro M4Pro for a few weeks, and very impressed with the power and design. I do have to admit that it's a bit heavier than I expected. My previous laptop was an intel MacBook Pro, 15 inch retina. But, the trade off for larger and better quality display, and the performance gains of apple silicon are more than worth it.I got the 48gb ram, to help future proof. Also, it'll come in handy for my apps (video editing, 3D modeling/animation). So far, activity monitor reveals low memory/cpu usage. I also chose the 512gb storage. Yes, I would have liked more storage space, but the Apple premium is expensive. I opted to get thunderbolt 4 & 5 external ssd drives. The thunderbolt 5 ssd drive actually delivers write/read speeds faster than the internal ssd.The space black is not as dark as I expected. However, it does have a serious, elegant appearance. Does it collect dust and fingerprints? Well, I really haven't noticed fingerprints. Yes, if the cover is closed, and it sits for a few days, you'll see some dust. To be fair, it's the same amount that falls on anything else, including a silver MacBook Pro. A simple wipe clears it away. Using a microfiber cloth does a great job for dusting, btw.Even though the 16 inch is large and has a bit of heft, I value the larger screen real estate over a 14 inch screen. The laptop mainly stays at home. So, size and weight is not a major consideration. I do like the form factor for the flexibility for travel. (I was considering getting a Mac mini M4Pro, and a case. But, decided on the MacBook Pro. With the possibility of going Mac Studio M4 variety later in the year.)Overall, very pleased with the MacBook Pro.

Great product! Workhorse!!
This is my 3rd MacBook Pro. I still have the other 2 but have handed them down to my kids. The others Inused for about 5 years each and they’re still going strong. This is the best one yet! Fast, sturdy and a work horse! I’m hard on my computers in that I work long days and have a ton of stuff going on at once. This laptop is up for the challenge!!

Superb daily driver 2025; the battery life has to be seen to appreciate WOAH!
I started with a supposedly "just as good" MacBook Air. I put everything I could onto it (all the RAM, storage, &c) and loved the weight and ice blue color. HOWEVER, it simply couldn't run my daily list of programs. AppleCare put me with THIS MacBook Pro (16.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR Display, 48GB Unified Memory, 1TB SSD Storage; Silver) and while it's indeed heavier, it handles everything I throw at it, and I throw like a large man baseball pitcher getting 3-and-outs constantly. The Air was crippled after a few little minor apps; but the Pro Max chip in this MacBook Pro Max, plus the superior bus drive and cooling, 48GB unified RAM and the 1 (or 2?) TB SSD, I'm just very impressed. I don't impress easily. I still have my WinPro Lenovo but it has to stay plugged in or be near a charger (and I've had the battery replaced, but it didn't help much). This MacBook Pro can go a long time even with resource hogs like Adobe (All the apps), M$FT (all the apps), tons of other programs AND an enterprise-level Outlook with many accounts and decades of emails, calendars, folders, &c. I got the plain silver since there were only two color options, but really, I'm looking at the screen, not the outside of the laptop. I just don't have a case and I don't need a case and I'm a tiny 5'6" woman at 100lbs dripping wet, needing Mathematica and CAD and the Adobes, plus I still run application development environments (hopefully to sell some of my work soon). Yes, at $3600, it SEEMED a little pricy for me, but the Air was useless, so it was stick with ONLY Windows, try to get something running on Arch (Linux), or jump into BIG MacBook 16" Pro (no Air). I'm very content and feel super happy with this; hope it lasts, and I think it will.
