I’ve been using Grinds Energy Pouches for a while and they’ve quickly become my go-to pick-me-up. Big fan of these, they give you a nice caffeine bump and taste really well. They work really well and also smell nice and true to flavor. They are properly sized and the pouches are durable and have never broken.

Decent flavor other than the fake sugar taste. I also don’t really notice much kick from the caffeine, but I just may not be as sensitive to it. I love the Grinds coffee flavors so I was interested to give these a try, I’ll probably just stick to the coffee ones.

Do not order this. Sour Apple test like a chemical and nothing like sour apple. Don't know if it is a bad batch but they will not let you return it.

The wintergreen is the best one! The others are ok I would like them better if they didn’t have a strong medicine taste, but I guess if you just want to get used to it they’re a good energy drink alternative, but grinds definitely needs to work on the flavor because that medicine cough syrup taste is just gross

Santa put these in my stocking and they are AMAZING. I’ve always been a fan of Grinds and their coffee flavors, but found the brown pouches to be a bit off putting at times. Well, problem solved, these white pouches are awesome! The pouches are discrete (looks like gum in the mouth), well made, involve zero spitting, and are significantly healthier than tobacco and nicotine. The flavors are also a nice taste. My favorite of the 3 is probably peach, but apple and wintergreen (spearmint-like) also taste like you’d expect and are enjoyable. Whether you’re looking for a little energy boost throughout the day, have a New Years resolution to kick addictive nicotine products like Zyn, or know somebody that needs an alternative, healthier option you need to give these new white Grinds a try!!

Wow! I love these! The little white pouches fit in the mouth discreetly. The flavors are great! I was afraid green apple would be too sour or bitter but it was not. It had the perfect amount of flavor without being overpowering and lasted quite some time. I used the first one when I needed a morning pick me up as I’m not a coffee drinker, and this gave me just that. In a fan.

Wintergreen is definitely the best flavor of the three, but I noticed they all take on a very chemically, medicine taste after having it in for about 15 minutes. The taste gets so bad I end up getting rid of it-if you can tolerate the flavor they are an okay nicotine alternative
