Very comfortable with all the options. Does not echo like the similar design I had in other brands. Charge doesn't last as long but I am on a call for 8hr a day with set non stop talking have to charge at lunch to make it though the day. Great option for single in ear with crazy range over standard Bluetooth

Do not get this headset if you have small ears or want to hear what anyone is saying to you. The ear buds that come with the headset hurt my ears because they are too big. And the earhook piece is also too big so I can't even use that to keep the small ear buds in my ear. The hearing protection can't be disabled so I miss the first part of what people are saying to me. Overall super frustrating time wasting experience. Let me disable the hearing protection!

THIS WAS PROBABLY THE MOST UNCOMPLICATED THING I HAVE EVER HOOKED UP. VERY SIMPLE, GREAT INSTRUCTIONS. SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE FULL HEAD PIECE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I use this in the office daily, and for the most part, it’s great. If I am on the phone continually, I only get about 4 hours of battery. I have to hang it up regularly to prevent it dying while on important calls.Otherwise, great sound quality, others can hear me clearly, and has great range.

This works great. Can get the mail at my front door while on a zoom call. Haven't tried to go too far away from the base but really happy to not be tethered to the computer. You do have to upload software to your computer.

FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE IT A ZERO STAR. THIS PRODUCT QUIT WORKING AFTER 2.5 MONTHS. IT READS TO CONTACT MANUFACTURE FOR ISSUES. CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES WITH DIRECTIONS FROM THEM ON HOW TO FIX THE ISSUE. (MICROPHONE DOES NOT WORK). WORKING CORRECTLY CONNECTED TO PHONE. DIRECTIONS WERE TO INSTALL IT TO MY COMPUTER, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PHONE. STILL HAVING ISSUES. WAITED 7 DAYS FOR REPLY, STILL NO RESPONSE. EMAILED BACK TO THE SAME EMAIL TO GET ISSUE RESOLVED. EMAIL CAME BACK SAYING THIS EMAIL IS NO LONGER BEING USED FOR SUPPORT ISSUES. THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CONTACT THE COMPANY.

She loves this - it works well, sounds good, and is comfortable to use all day long.
