Why did you pick this product vs others?:I use the Clean Simple Eats protein powder and love that product. I chose this one as I was needing extra protein throughout the day that wasn't a shake. This protein drink isn't terrible tasting but it definitely has an after flavor I am not crazy about. The peach flavor in the front of the drink is okay, but the after taste made it difficult for me to finish these drinks to be honest.

First off, clear protein drinks just have a chalky taste. I've tried a few and I've gotten used to it. Second, let's compare price and value. This particular one has 100mg of caffeine and is an energy drink. It has 20g with 90 calories. That's very efficient (1g protein = 4 calories so 80 of 90 is protein). Low calories, high protein, no saturated fat, reasonable caffeine content, and priced just over 3$ a can...it's a great bargain imo. I bought the peach, and it's pretty good. I like the non-energy Prickly Pear version the best. I probably will try them all.Edit: I tried Coastal Crush and I liked it. I'm also trying another brand of protein drink and I prefer these because they are not as sweet.

I was so excited to try this drink. It is probably the worst tasting drink I’ve ever tried to drink. I’m not being dramatic. It has a weird odd taste. It actually stayed in my mouth for hours after I tried it. Very disappointed will not re-purchase.
