This item was truly fantastic. I have my pool set up for about a month now and it’s not quite warm enough to get into yet but things falling into it have already started so I decided to purchase this to try it out and see if it would help me get the stuff from the bottom and let me tell you this thing was fantastic, I put it in. I let it run and it just it cleaned everything up. We have an above ground pool from Intex and no it doesn’t clean the sides but honestly it didn’t have to. It is fantastic. Thank you for making a product that is great and affordable

My wife baught this item. Unfortunately it didn't last long. From the day it arrived it wasn't charging properly. Untilafter about 30 days it stopped working completely.

This is the best. I have used three different pool vacuums and this is hands down the best. The pool is so clean after this little guy runs around the bottom.

When I plugged it in, it showed the solid green light on the charger indicating a full charge. When I pressed the on button it beeped and I put it in the pool. It did nothing. I pulled it out and realized it was beeping every couple of seconds - maybe it wasn't charged up after all? I left it plugged in overnight. Next morning pressed the button to try again. Long beep every couple of seconds. Put it in the pool just in case. Nothing. Be aware that this product (at least for me) does not allow for box-less, label-less returns so I ended up paying for label printing and packing box to return. What a waste of time and money. Update: Seller sent me a Scuba E1 pool vacuum, which I tried for the first time today. It does work fairly well, and their customer service definitely gets points for sending a new unit for free when I'd already returned the defective one for a refund.

Worked great and then wouldn't take a charge. Returned and new one seems to be working Ok.
