I finally broke down and bought this particular cheese because of all the ratings and reviews I searched through. Let me tell you it does not disappoint you in anyway. I did order another cheese brand that was just as popular as this one and it was a flop, too salty, not cheesy enough, and was thicker. This brand blows all of those other's out of the water. It is very fine, very cheesy, and you will find yourself eating it straight out of the bag. You will want to purchase this on a subscription because you will go through it so fast. You will find yourself using it on absolutely everything you can. Trust me you will not be disappointed with this cheese!!!

I use this to make tteoboki. Easy to mix. Tastes good. Nice color.

Tastes good IMHO Great on popcorn, and to make sauces. Affordable I use this for dietary restriction purposes, and am happy with the product overall. Will buy again.

Great product for many uses. Popcorn seasoning, Mac and cheese dry recipe. Casseroles and just freeze or seal to preserve.

Disappointed. I used to be able to get Cabot white cheddar powder and this is simply not as cheesy. Fine for popcorn but no distinct cheddar taste.

I think I've tried them all UNTIL THIS PRODUCT. My search for a fabulous powdered cheese is over. This product - tasted off a spoon straight from the bag - is the very best. I made a easy Mac and Cheese with a sauce of nothing more than some reduced heavy cream (about 5 Tbsp), 2 Tbsp of the cheese powder, mixing well, and then transferring what was 5 dry oz cavatappi pasta at just about the al dente stage from the pot it was cooking into the cheese sauce, adding a smidge of pasta water and finish cooking the pasta in the cheese sauce??? Dang!! The cheese powder from this company is truly the best. I bought the powder for air-popped popcorn. I feel certain the experience of cheese popcorn will be equally divine. Please buy a packet! I think you WILL love it. (PS I know no one at the cheese co!)

I always wished for a bag of the “mac n cheese” powder so I could make mac n cheese without the box kit. This is it! Make some noodles, add some butter and milk, and pour on some of this cheese powder and voila! Tastes delicious, I keep ordering it.

Bought specifically for mac&cheese when I go camping. But its so good started using it at home too.

I gave this a shot with popcorn. But nope. Very bland and flavorless. We even added multiple tablespoons just to enhance the flavor. But it was like eating popcorn covered with salted fluor.
