Great for a Left-Handed Gamer
This numpad has a great feel and I love the sound of the keyswitches it comes with -- they've got a good "thock" to them. It does seem strange to me to ship a device with backlighting with keycaps that aren't shine-thru, but so many of us like to customize our keycaps anyway that it's pretty much a non-issue. At any rate, after swapping for some low-profile, shine-thru caps, this is now my go-to device for gaming (I mouse left-handed). The only improvement I'd really like to see would be the ability to tilt-up the front edge, and an option for an integrated palm-rest. These two features are fairly essential from an ergonomics standpoint: the ability to tilt up the front for keeping your wrist straight, and an integral wrist rest for keeping the support where you need it when you move the device around on your desktop. Should the manufacturer create an optional add-on for such features, I'd gladly raise this to a 5-star.

Great programmable keyboard
This product was fit for purpose and what I wanted. It was also easy to setup and program it to what I would like to do. It would be nice as an add-on to have the ability to ask for custom keys or a reference to a custom key maker.

Poor ESD Protection
Poor electric shielding. Didn't ground myself, got a spark, and a row of keys went dead. Determined there was no fixing it, because its controller was fried, so I tried rubbing my feet on the carpet and touching a key from another row, and that row went dead on the first try. Otherwise, the linear-type keys feel great, and I like the sturdy feel to the build. I'd buy it again if I knew they'd added proper electric shielding/management.

Works really well as a macro pad
I've been using this as a macro pad connected to an HID Remapper for Autohotkey macros. This macropad works very well, and it seems very well built...especially for the price.

Great overall, but some issues with QMK integration
Overall this is quite a good and useful product, but there are some issues with using QMK to customize it, despite the advertised "full QMK compatibility". My main keyboard lacks a number pad and arrow keys so this is a great solution to provide everyday use of those keys. The keypad is very customizable using the VIA software, which offers a user-friendly interface for changing key functions, recording/assigning macros, etc. But I wanted to implement some advanced features (like giving keys different functions when they're double-tapped) that aren't available in VIA but can be programmed with QMK. The vendor hasn't publicly posted their QMK source code, which they're supposed to do under the QMK GPL license. I contacted the vendor and after a bit of back-and-forth they helpfully provided the code. But there must be some bugs in their code related to the backlighting, since flashing their firmware has broken the ability to control the RGB lighting at all. That said, with the firmware code I was able to implement the typing features I wanted. So the result was a highly customizable number pad but without the backlighting the hardware is supposed to have. I informed the vendor about this issue and they kindly offered a refund. So good marks for customer service. In sum, if you want something *very* customizable, this keypad is great—you can use VIA to control key functions, macros, and lighting. If you want something *extremely* customizable with all QMK features AND controllable lighting effects, you may have some issues with this.
