I purchased it and delivered next day I took 1 dose that evening and 2 the next day I can feel it working. . I'm looking forward to the end result if that's what it does this quickly. I have copd and the phlegm has been sitting in my chest for years. I now feel it loosening which I'm shocked about. I didn't expect it so soon.
