Good Price, Good Product
I take the encapsulated form of Skullcap, as a prevention for the "Herx" symptoms I get, from having chronic Lyme Disease and being treated with antibiotics for it. I typically use a Skullcap tincture, but find that Skullcap capsules work quite well also. And are a lot less expensive.

Works great for sleep and waking up refreshed
Recommended by my neurologist as a natural sleep aid. You wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy like with prescription sleep meds. Directions say take two but I only take one when I can’t get to sleep and it is the perfect amount for me and I weigh 140 if that helps.

Remedy for a good nights rest!
This supplement is the truth! Lol. It will give you a really good nights rest. If you struggle with sleepless or restless nights, here is your remedy. It definitely works. I have not taken it for any other reason. I took 400mg and it helped me significantly. You can take more if you need to.

Great product to take when you're having an anxious day
I started using Skullcap tablets to treat my anxiety in tandem with my Citalopram (my prescribed anxiety and depression medication). It's great and works well for me when I'm having especially anxious days.Make sure to drink plenty of water with this product.
