Great petrol power washer!! I had a Karcher K4 which died, so I bought a newer model K4, it was totally useless!! I seen this washer with good reviews and decided it was worth a go. This washer is (when purchased Nov 2025) £5 cheaper than the Karcher but is 10 times the machine!! My only issue with it was it needs a good water supply... Some how it was sucking air from my water hose side and as a result kept dropping pressure. I finally worked out what was happening and refitted everything with PTFE tape and renewed the Hoseloc end of my hose. Since then it has been faultless and very powerful. 100% recommended for the price point.

I was a bit unsure how good this was going to be for the price but I mst say I’m very impressed straight out the box of the quality of the components and how powerful this machine is . Starts straight away and a 2 year warranty only time will tell about reliability but so far very impressive

I have used heavy duty pressure washers at work and electric ones at home for 30+ years as well as working with small petrol engines, so feel well qualified to review this product. Firstly, it’s a pretty sturdy product and feels well built. There is some basic assembly needed (handle, wheels, hose connections etc) but the instructions are adequate and there is no special skill needed. You will also need 0.6L of 10w30 engine oil (not supplied). It took me about 15mins to assemble everything. Since it’s a small petrol engine, it’s also noisy, so you should probably wear ear defenders. The instructions contain all necessary hazard assessments and detail the PPE you would need in the workplace. There is a selection of nozzles included, all of which fit neatly into the handle. It also comes with a reinforced suction hose and filter head for drawing water from a bowser or open water source. The build quality of the hose and trigger lance is good and the trigger isn’t too stiff, so using it for long periods is no hassle. The engine appears to be very good. I filled it with the right amount of oil, fuelled it up and connected to a water supply. It started second pull and has stared with ease ever since. The fuel tank is a good size and big enough for a couple of hours use. The nozzles are accurate and versatile. I haven’t used the automatic soap adding function yet, but in my experience these are usually middling and a separate foaming nozzle attachment is better for car cleaning. Power-wise it’s very good for the price bracket and certainly up to most if not all jobs. Two handed operation is advised, because no one wants to pull the trigger and have the force of the water smack the lance into their face! Unlikely that you will be disappointed by this machine and it feels like excellent value.

utter crap, wont start. had it looked at by independent machinery maintenance firm and have been told its defective. cant get it fixed, cant get an exchange and cant get a refund. absolute crap. do not buy. Oh and Amazon your help pages are as useless as the jetwash! pathetic.

Soap dispenser isn't very good but as a pressure washer very powerful

This machine is heavy and was left on my doorstep although I managed to slide it into my porch and then slit the cardboard box down its sides to extract the instruction book and the wheels. Once I had attached the wheels the unit was then so much easier to handle. The instruction book is comprehensive although I would have appreciated if the print and the diagrams were slightley larger. I assembled the whole thing in a little over 30 minutes including filling the engine with petrol and oil. There are some useful videos on YouTube and one I found particularly good was one by a guy called Adrian demonstrating the Hyundai Petrol Pressure Washer. This is a very similar machine to the Bimson with the same controls so it is very relatable. In practice I have found the throttle to be a little stiff and I'm hoping this will ease off with use. Otherwise I have successfully cleaned the car, the patio and some very large pots containing shrubs. Quite a bit nosier than my electric washer but when you need the power it's there. The different nozzles that fit onto the lance for varying tasks and the way they are stored and displayed is an outstanding fature of the machine. It feels and looks solid and sturdy and I believe it represents great value for money.
