Much better then I had expected
I have an ADU in my backyard and I was looking for a simple inexpensive security alarm that didnt require a monthly subscription.I came across this one and after looking at a bunch this one seemed to be what I was looking for.Setting up the sensors was really easy and you can add accessories like additional motion senors, door and window sensors, exterior strobe and siren, smoke alarm, siren and more...I ordered the wireless smoke alarm (if its triggered Ill receive a message from the app) and wireless siren. This alarm does come with a siren but its wired and plugs into the back of the alarm pad. I didnt want a bunch of wires so I went with the wires less one..If you like you can install an alarm SIM card but its not necessary. The benefit is that you can use the call feature and make calls from the alarm pad and when the alarm is triggered you can setup phone 3 phone numbers for the alarm to call with a pre recorded message.I just have mine setup to use WiFi and the app to inform me. Once I activate, disarm or its triggered from one of the sensors I receive a notification from the app within 1 second...its super fast. You can setup an admin password and regular user password to disarm the system. The admin password allows you to get into the system settings and make changes while the regular password only allows you to disarm the alarm and use the cell call feature if you have it setup. There is an SOS feature that when pushed will trigger the alarm and send out a notification just as if the alarm was tripped by a sensor. If some one broke in and thinks they can just unplug it well 1st by the time they do that I will have already received a message telling me the alarm has tripped and 2nd Ill receive a message telling me that there was a AC power failure so I would know someone unplugged it.The control pad also has a trigger on the back so if its removed from the wall it will automatically and instantly trigger the alarm and again send me a message. To arm and disarm the system I just use the app on my phone its fast and easy. You can arm, disarm, set it to "home" if you inside and want it armed and use the SOS feature. Your other options are the key fob and small car style remote that come with it. I use the fob attached to the keys when family stays over its easy and simple for them to use. All you have to do to arm and disarm the system is touch the fob to the RFID on the alarm pad and thats it, no need to remember passwords. There is an internal backup battery which is supposed to give you to 8 hours if your power goes out.The voice from the speaker that says "armed" "disarmed"and the count down tick tick timer when you arm sounds a little tinny but that doesnt really bother me. The piezo alarm isnt super loud but if you were sleeping and it went off it would differently wake you up. When Im standing outside with the doors shut I can hear if but is not loud enough for a neighbor to hear or draw attention from anyone. I would suggest using and add on siren and if you want neighbors to know that your alarm is going off then get the exterior siren/ strobe. So many cool features in a inexpensive alarm. Im super happy with it and Im really impressed with all the features but most of all Im really impressed with at just how fast Im notified by the app.

Great if you like to be Phished…
What you should know is that there is a problem with the device, the app, or both. When attempting to share the device to my wife, she never received the link and a couple of days later, I received a confirmation of someone that I do not know, had accepted my share of my HOME ALARM SYSTEM! Calls to Amazon were useless as is the case more and more often, the phone number the Amazon rep gave me was another scam trying to give me a “free” medical device. Within the app, there is no way to stop sharing. I must now wipe it clean and start over which is quite a pain. At this point, I’m not sure that I can even consider it trustworthy.

Debe mejorar instrucciones de instalación.
Es un buen equipo y muy eficiente, pero la instalación y las instrucciones para instalarla y codificarla no son muy claras.

This system is great for its affordable price. It was super easy to setup. The alarm itself is really loud so everyone will be able to hear it. Plus the app you can use makes it easy to monitor anytime anywhere.

Doesn’t work properly!!
The system sucks!! Can’t set the alarm. Just opening a door will trigger the alarm even when it’s not armed.
