Initial assessment of this little device is that it’s A+ for intensity and portability. The design as a whole is both pleasing to the eye and function. Functioning being the task to reduce muscle stiffness or soreness.As physical therapist I’m testing this out before recommending it to clients. I think it’s fairly easy to understand how to use it safely based on the inclosed instructions. I like that it’s come fully charged and with 4 pads + 1 in the unit itself.The auto timer shut off at 15 mins was nice as sometimes people fall asleep with these things in and it’s nice to know it’ll shut off.I’ll test it out for the next few weeks. So far the pads are good quality and the intensity is therapeutic and safe for anyone to manage its use.

Amazing TENS unit! I was able to use my HSA card, which was a huge plus. It’s wireless, easy to use, and the charging case makes it super convenient. I use it every night for pain relief and it works wonders. Love the different modes and the remote control. Highly recommend!

Where to start, out of package the first thing I notice is the cast itself is about the size of some earbud cases. I really like the fact that the pads are also stored in the case. I have older wired sets they just aren't convenient.The 2nd thing I noticed it the round pads snap onto the sticky pads are not very secure. I lost one right out of the gate. I looked all over for it finally found it in my underwear lol so yes very light weight and not bulky. In my defense I was trying to use it in my lower back. The next thing I notice is you can not refastened it while the sticky pad is on your skin. I had to take mine off snap the round disk back on then reapply. So I just d think the company could work to improve the functionality.If you have ever been to therapy these ten type units are used often and work as I expected. I wanted this to help improve my lower back pain. For a cordless model I was surprised at the shock intensity. Do not start at a high level start low let it cycle through before you crank it up. I have run 3 full cycles and intensity and speed are holding up great.I didn't like that I had to turn the disk on as well as the case. I felt this was unnecessary and can be improved.Over all I'm impressed straight out of the box with this little gem. I definitely think it's worth the money. It will be wonderful with anyone who deals with chronic pain.

My history; I am 65, 5' 2" and weight 108 lbs and eat very healthy (no fast or fried food and a lot of fruit, veggies and fish). I have degenerative arthritis and nerve damage from chemo and several surgeries (14). I am very active though (walk 4 miles daily, swim 2 days a week and yoga, I bike indoors and out 3 times a week). I take 1800 mg of Gabapentin a day, prescription lidocaine and prilocaine cream and not much of anything else.I have been using a Tens unit with cords for years. It was awkward and constricting but a must have device. I was in need now to have one that is portable and could be used while I was out and about. I ordered one a year ago for a trip we were taking. I loved it. Recently, I was in need of more then two pads going at one time so I ordered another. I can not say enough about how this has improved my quality of life. I have just ordered two more sets of pads and a three pack of the gel to extend the life of the pads I have. I use then both daily and at night to get comfortable to sleep. Probable about a total of three to four hours day and night.The charge lasts over a week. It's is very quite. The battery that attachment to the pad locks in nice and tight. You can't tell that I have it on and it is very portable. There are several options of intensity and messages patterns. The only issue I have is that I can not increase the time setting. It goes for 15 minutes and stops. I have to turn it back on again. Most will not have a problem with that. But I reset it at least 4 times.

Works like a charm. Works well beyond it's value. I have sore muscles and tech neck issues. I can keep this at my desk and put it on between meetings without anyone knowing. Relieves the pain without being tethered to a wall or device.

I bought this TENS unit. Tried it out several times. It's not very powerful and rather small. The pads are too small and not powerful enough to have strong muscle contractions. It did not make a difference.I return this unit and purchased the accu relief TENS unit instead. I highly recommend not purchasing this unit and buying the Accu relief TENS unit instead. It's much more powerful. Works very well.

The media could not be loaded. As a therapist I say that the product has a nice presentation. BUT the display on the front never says when battery need to be charged, it always shows full!?!? The patch is great sticks well make sure you have a very clean and oil free area on your skin. The pressure is really good, instructions amazing. Value for money is great! I have sciatica pain on my lower back and 15 minutes sessions works miracles. Pain relief is 10! I strongly recommend that you use laying and been very relaxed.
