Very good product. Atomberg has done a great job to provide quality peoducts at this price range. Very good performance. Its still working wihout any issues even after 6 years. Also saves a lot of electricity as its bldc fan. No maintainance required.

This review is approx after 1 months of usage. Wanted to change a fan in my house and decided to go with Gorilla fan as it had very good reviews. Other competitors were superfan and only some limited models of other reputed brands have BLDC Motor, and they were costly and not had much variety in them. Ordered gorilla fan mainly for low power consumption and remote.Delivery was fast and got the pack in good condition. Got installed by local electrician without regulator and the fan works like a normal fan. Remote control is very useful and the red led light blinks whenever any button on remote is pressed assuring you of receipt of signal by fan module. The timer and sleep function do work well and can be very useful if someone wants to switch off fan or increase / decrease speed without waking up from Bed. I did not have any equipment to measure the power consumption, however going by the other reviews, it will be very useful during summer wherein we have low voltage or have to run the Fan on inverter. Normal fans when run on inverter run at very fast speed and when power comes they return to normal speed, this requires frequent fine tuning of the fan regulator in normal fans. In gorilla fan no matter what the input current, the output current is a DC one, hence the motor spins at same speed for a wide voltage range. The noise made by this fan is similar to other fans, so its not quiet. Basically the blades moving the air make noise, and not the fan motor, so any moving fan will make the air noise. Only con is when we switch off the fan it makes a noise when coming to stand still, it should not matter until this issue continues. Overall for the initiative taken by the company to introduce energy efficient fans, and doing a good work on the technology i am giving it a 5 star review. The color i choose was of matt finish and is not shiny so people going for brown color should be aware of it. But the fan finish, remote working and other things are really of quality. Once i use it for a longer duration i will update on performance. Currently it is being used in my room and daily being used for approx 10+ hours on daily basis. Must buy if you want to save energy and power. Also the company is giving a 3 year warranty so if any issue arises it should be resolved by the company.

Amazing fan from a great company! I have been using these fans for over two years now and I am absolutely in love with them. The remote is very useful, not only you don't need to get up to change the speed or turnnit on or off, but it also saves you from the need of a regulator. The sleep and the timer options are super useful. Sleep turns the fan two speeds down after 4 hours and timer turns the fan off after the preset amount of hours. Also must say that these fans perform great in low or fluctuating voltage - they always have constant speed and the humming noise is minimal compared to regular fan. Speed control is something out of this world. When set to highest speed, it feels like a tornado in the room - so much air. I mainly use it at 1 or 2 and rarely switch to 3, so speed 5 is when you REALLY need to move some air around. I truly love these fans and recommend it to anyone. Once you go with a remote controlled fan, you can't go back to the usual one. And the beauty of it all - one remote can control all the fans in your house! Also don't forget the energy efficiency - my electric bill has not been this low EVER!
