studs were cheap they stripped, mounting brackets for heat shields some were missing

Holes for installation of the heat shield did not align. The P0420 code came back right away.

exact fit with my nissan xterra 2002
The part was a perfect replacement and it made the catalytic converter replacement a breeze.

Fit perfectly. Problem solved
This fit perfectly for 2004 Nissan Frontier 3.3L and it amazing. However be warned before attempting this replacement on your own. If you have the 2 egr valves above the manifold head it is a nightmare to remove the old catalytic converter. It took 2 men certified to remove all necessary components to get the old cat out.

Great part. Just needed the mechanic to properly install it who got the check engine light off.
