how to claim warranty
I have sent this product to my home country, but during installation, there was an issue with the recording. The technician informed me that the problem is due to a faulty hard disk. As the product is still under warranty, please update me on the procedure for hard disk replacement or how to make a warranty claim.

Good product
I was using this from last one month and upto now its working well and compared to its price range camera quality is good, easy to configure with out a professional help and remote streeming is working nice.
